This is our vacation home in Colorado. Simple, quiet, and cozy quarters in the city limits of Gunnison, but only minutes from the slopes of Crested Butte and the great outdoors. Fully furnished with two large bedrooms and two baths. Wireless Internet available with Roku on all three Televisions. We don’t come to Colorado to watch TV so you will have to settle for basic streaming channels......we encourage our guests to take a step out of the rat race and into the great outdoors.

Very Comfortable Stay

Tommy was so communicative and the house was very inviting. Everything was super clean! Parking was a little tight (my husband has a huge diesel truck) but we made it work and everything else was super comfy :) Wifi worked great and location is super close to Main Street.

Great property and location!

The property was very well laid out and nice amenities! The property owner was very responsive in his communication! We Will definitely stay here again in our travels to the area!

Nice place with everything you need.

Cute neighborhood with a pond/stream in the back. Short walk to river. Cozy and comfortable beds.

Perfect place!

The duplex was in a nice quiet area! We could walk to town!! It accommodated 6 of us quite well, although we were all family! There were 2 queen beds in one bedroom. If you are goi g to stay longer than a couple of night, bring your own bar of soap! I would highly recommend this place to stay in Gunnison!

Western Reunion Trip

Our cozy condo was awesome. The unit was Super clean, comfortable and enjoyable. Our host did a great job of communicating in advance helping make our entry very easy and convenient. While we were not in the unit very much the beds, bathrooms and living area were better than I expected. So often pictures look better than the actual unit but in this case the unit matched or was actually nicer than the pictures implied. Thank you for a very nice unit.

Great place for a family of 4

The condo was great. Very clean and spacious. It had everything you might need. The location was not really within walking distance to Main Street, but it was a quiet and lovely neighborhood. Woke up to a view of ducks on the water. Would highly recommend the condo.

Wonderful Place To Stay!

We rate this property with a 10++++. Great location, easy walk to downtown Gunnison. This lovely home was clean and quiet and located in a very nice neighborhood. The beds were super comfy. If/when we visit Gunnison again, this home will definitely be our go-to!

Great stay for our wedding guests

I did not stay as we booked the home for guests of our son’s wedding. They were very pleased with it!

Cozy cottage

We loved this place. Perfect for our family of 5 and had room for more! The location is great, cottage is clean and cute. All the essentials and more were provided. We really appreciate getting a VRBO that has some spices, foil, parchment paper and things like that. While Gunnison doesn’t have a ton going on it’s nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the surrounding areas. We had a great time and if we’re ever back in this area of Colorado we would stay here again!

Almost an excellent stay

Good stay. Everything was in good order. For some reason(?) the cleaners came at 9am this morning but our checkout time was supposed to be 10am. Not Good. They did NOT speak english. We left at 0930 and locked both keys in lockbox as directed.

Annual Fishing Trip

Communication with Tommy was great and directions to get in the condo were easy to understand. It was very clean and well decorated a d we will return for future trips.

Welcoming home in quiet neighborhood

We very much enjoyed our time in Gunnison. The home is exactly as in the photos, it was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. It was a little difficult for us to find the neighborhood, because we arrived after dark. We would love to com back to Gunnison and stay here again

Perfect spot in Gunnison

This is a wonderful, quiet, clean and convenient place to stay in Gunnison. You can ride your bike to the river and to the many bike trails around the area. It was nice enough to have the window open at night and listen to the little creek right outside the window. Would definitely stay here again!

Graduation

We loved this property. We came for Westerns graduation. We had plenty of time to relax and this place was perfect. Nice set up, clean, great little kitchen with lots of extras! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Perfect location, immaculate inside, and has everything you need. Only glitch was that I misunderstood the checkout instructions, but otherwise no issues. Ask host for restaurant recommendations! Would stay again.
