This 1,244 sq ft private oceanside townhome is located just 80 steps from the sand and has been completely renovated for 2025 with stylish updates throughout, including luxury plank flooring, new kitchen countertops, appliances, and refreshed coastal décor.

FAMILY-RUN & LOCALLY MANAGED
Our family has been welcoming guests to the Outer Banks since 1973. We live locally and manage the home ourselves with professional cleaning and maintenance. You’ll get prompt, personal service before and during your stay.
Whether you're visiting in the summer for sun and surf or planning a cozy off-season retreat, this townhome offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and charm. Come experience the Outer Banks like a local!
Must adhere to resort rules posted in the unit, I can send you a copy on request. They are common-sense rules so that all in the community are happy!
Quiet time after 10PM
No cooking curry or other heavily spiced dishes - we don't have a spice kitchen and cannot remove the odor from heavily spiced cooking between guests - I will assess a $250 fee through the Resolution Center for the cost of odor removal.
Smoking on the deck permitted, but not inside.
Must be 25 years old to make a reservation.

I grew up in the Outer Banks in the 70s and 80s working in the hospitality industry starting at age 12. Since 1990 I have lived elsewhere as an international technology executive and volunteer minister. I've worked and vacationed all over the world but still come back home to my favorite beach.
I love to introduce people to my home town and think it is the best place for a relaxed family vacation. I want to help you any way I can by giving you the best property and expert recommendations from nearly 50 years of OBX experiences. My goal in life is to "retire" to the OBX and recreate the Anchorage Motel & Cottages my parents owned and operated from 1972-2004 as a "virtual resort" by renting some of the best, affordable, family-oriented properties on the OBX.

This property is centrally located on the OBX with great ocean views! Just a few steps from a restful beach, you get the best of resort living. We keep the property in good shape, comfortable, with all the supplies you need to have a great summer beach week (or weekend in the spring or fall). With 2 bedrooms you can comfortably sleep 4 plus there is a pullout sofa for a 5th (or even 6th).
