House at the foot of the forest and beaches

Hello. We’re renting out our house for the summer season. The house is ideally located for a vacation in the Basque Country: the Chiberta Forest is within walking distance, there’s a park at the end of the street, the beaches of Anglet are 2 km away and accessible by bus, by bike or car, and the BAB highway, which quickly connects Anglet to the cities of Bayonne and Biarritz, is just 3 minutes away.

Shops are 1 km from the house (bakery, pharmacy, pastry shop, Spar, restaurants…).

A very bright home with all the amenities: a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, a cozy living room, a large adjoining outdoor terrace, an office space on the first floor, a laundry room, a bathroom, and 3 bedrooms upstairs. A half-bath on each level.

The house is located in the Montbrun neighborhood, known as “the countryside within the city.” Its location is ideal and central: just a stone’s throw from shops, the Chiberta Forest, the beaches, and the main thoroughfare of the BAB.
