This spacious, single-story farmhouse has recently undergone numerous remodeling updates. The home features an open-concept layout, perfect for families and groups, with gorgeous new wood-look porcelain tile flooring.

These floors are steam-cleaned after every stay using high-temperature steam, which can kill up to 99.99% of household bacteria and help reduce the spread of germs.

The split floor plan offers added privacy, with two bedrooms and a bathroom on each side of the central living space.

One of our favorite conveniences is the short walk to the free Big Bear Red Trolley stops, making it easy to visit The Village, ski resorts, shops, restaurants, and local attractions—a huge bonus during snowy weekends and busy holiday traffic.

Settle into our comfortable leather sofas and enjoy movie nights on the large 65-inch flat-screen TV with Roku and DVD player. Warm farmhouse décor and inviting furnishings create the perfect place to unwind after a day of mountain adventures.

The white-painted brick fireplace and decorative wood stove insert add to the cozy farmhouse atmosphere. **Please note:** The wood stove is decorative only. It does not burn wood or provide heat and is not an operational heating amenity. The home has standard heating on both sides of the house.

**Kitchen & Dining – Gather, Dine & Make Memories**

The well-equipped kitchen makes preparing group meals easy, featuring GE/Samsung appliances, a gas stove and oven, temperature-monitored refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and dishwasher.

**Cooking Essentials**

Blender, rice cooker, toaster, hot-water kettle, Keurig, and pour-over coffee options, with a few complimentary K-Cups and sweeteners to get you started.

**Dining Essentials**

Silverware, cooking utensils, dishes, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils.

Gather around our new, handcrafted solid cedar dining table with built-in bench seating. We also offer an additional long bench, or you can bring over comfortable padded chairs. Eight padded chairs are available and stored in the bedroom closets, providing flexible seating for meals, conversation, and board games.

**Entertainment**

Enjoy life-size and giant games, including Jenga, Connect 4, dominoes, dice games, and cornhole. We also provide board games, poker, a DVD player, and movies.

Stay connected with 500 Mbps internet and Roku TVs. Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Miramax, Sling, and Netflix are available for guests to access using their own accounts.

**Family-Friendly Extras**

Traveling with little ones? We provide a Pack 'n Play/travel crib, high chair, children's dishes, toys, movies, a baby safety gate, outlet covers, and a height-adjustable outdoor basketball hoop to help keep younger guests comfortable and entertained.

Four welcoming bedrooms accommodate families and groups of up to 10 guests. The bunk-bed game room features two sets of built-in double-size bunk beds, privacy curtains, life-size games, soft darts, and toys.

**Bathrooms**

The home features two full bathrooms, including a remodeled bathroom with beautiful marble-look porcelain tile and a spacious Roman-style shower. Its entrance is open and doorless but includes a threshold; it is not a barrier-free shower.

**Pet-Friendly – Furry Family Members Welcome!**
As fellow dog lovers who enjoy traveling with our own doodles, we understand that a family vacation just isn't the same without your four-legged companions.

We're happy to welcome furry family members!

To help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, guests traveling with pets must complete our required BetterPet Passport screening before arrival. This process collects important pet information, including breed, licensing, and vaccination details. Certain breed restrictions apply.

All reservations are required to complete the applicable BetterPet Passport pre-arrival process, including guests without pets, to acknowledge our pet-friendly property policies.

**Pet Screening & Non-Refundable Pet Fee:

All required pet screening and a copy of each dog's current, valid license must be submitted and approved at least 14 days before arrival.

**Once the pet screening process has begun, failure to complete the screening or provide a valid, current dog license will result in the pet fee becoming non-refundable.** No dog will be permitted on the property without completed and approved screening and the required licensing documentation.

All pet fee provisions are subject to applicable law and VRBO policy.

Spend the day skiing or snowboarding at Snow Summit or Bear Mountain, discover scenic hiking trails, explore Big Bear Lake, or browse the shops and restaurants of The Village.

Families can also explore nearby attractions, including Big Bear Alpine Zoo, Bear Mountain Golf Course, and Baldwin Lake Stables.

**Free Red Line Trolley Access

One of our favorite conveniences is the short walk to the free Big Bear Red Line Trolley stops, connecting you with popular destinations like skiing, the Village and many shopping or dining options around the valley. It's a wonderful option for exploring the Big Bear, especially during busy holiday weekends and snowy mountain conditions.

We love that our guests can spend more time enjoying Big Bear and less time dealing with traffic and parking.

**Winter Travel & Mountain Conditions

Big Bear is a beautiful winter destination, but mountain weather can change quickly.

The road the house is located on receives county snow-plowing service; however, snow and ice may still affect travel and parking.

Tire chains or other approved traction devices may be legally required during winter storms, depending on road conditions and your vehicle.

We strongly recommend checking weather forecasts and road restrictions before traveling and considering travel insurance for winter reservations.

**Property Safety & Security

For guest and property security, exterior surveillance cameras monitor designated outdoor areas of the property.

There are no cameras inside the home.

Guests must follow all property rules, including occupancy limits, parking restrictions, quiet hours, and hot tub safety requirements.
