Hi Cathy, thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. The pest control people have been called out and house treated for all pests inside and also outside. Sorry about the trouble with the wifi we tried to deal with it as quickly as we could. I'm sorry you were having issues with the temperature you should have let me know, we do have a "smart thermostat" that sometimes is a bit too smart for it's own good. Thanks for pointing out the pool deck we will arrange to get it cleaned. We are looking forward to your next visit

Hello Myra Almost all of our past guests rated their stay as 5 star, so you are an exception. I take all your comments very seriously and I have reviewed all points you have addressed. Did you take any pictures to support your review? If yes, I would appreciate receiving the pictures as you have never called me nor my property manager during your stay. The pictures would greatly help to substantiate the claims and help me to address with my property management team. I have attached your pre-arrival inspection report, which was completed the day of your arrival. As you can see, we were there to ensure the trash was collected and therefore bins were empty. Are you complaining that you were expected to be responsible for your own trash? If so, perhaps you would be more suited to a hotel experience as short-term house rentals are a self-catering service. I would like to point out now that there are no rules contained in the house about setting temperatures. The up-dated thermostat even allows a different setting on an hourly basis that each guest can program. We have no reason to make changes to your comfort nor any rules that we charge you for using it to your satisfaction. The only information from us is the framed management info we have beside the kitchen telephone so you know how to contact our property management. You also did not contact us nor the property management about any issues with the thermostat or the PS3 console. Our cleaning is expensive compared to some other owners because we use professional cleaners trained at hotel level cleaning and therefore are surprised to learn that the supplies were not refilled as required. We have a roll of toilet paper on every dispenser and a spare roll in the cabinet for all three of our bathrooms. Starting small bars of soap are left at all sinks and bath tubs. However, we do not supply shampoo and other personal items that hotels due. Again, you should know to bring your own supplies. All concerns for cleanliness will be looked into and corrected.
