The price of linen is not included when you make your reservation
It is 10 euros per person / stay, it includes:

- Dish towels,
- Bath towels,
- Duvet covers,
- Pillowcases,
- Fitted sheets.

Please contact us by courier after your booking to let us know if you would like the linen option

Duvets and pillows are available.

The cleaning fee is mandatory, since the apartment must be spotless before each tenant enters.
Price:
- 30 euros for stays of 2 to 3 nights
- 50 euros from 4 nights

These fees are not included in the booking to avoid additional service charges, please bring enough to make a payment to us on arrival.

However, thank you for:
- Empty the dishwasher and put away clean dishes
- place dirty laundry in the cupboard in the hallway
- take out your garbage while respecting sorting
- turn off the radiators
- Do not leave food in the refrigerator.
- put the furniture back in its place.

The apartment is designed for 4 people, however we accept one more person when this person is a baby (maximum 2 years old) who sleeps in a travel cot (available on request).
In this case, we will also ask you for:
- 20 euros for stays of 2 to 3 nights
- 40 euros from 4 nights.

The bathtub was replaced by a beautiful Italian shower with a wall in September 2025, please do not let the children heckle in the bathroom.
