This wine-growing village is ideally located 30 minutes from the center of Montpellier (Tram station 10 minutes away served by buses), the airport, the Arena Sud de France (exhibition center - concert hall or sports and cultural events), 30 minutes from the various beaches (Palabras, Frontignan...), and close to Carnon, La Grande-Motte, Sète and one of the most beautiful villages in France: Saint Guilhem Le Désert.

Depending on your desire to laze around and swim in the sea, visits, walks, water, horse or other sports, or even shopping, the swimming pool and petanque court in the wooded garden will allow you to end or pleasantly liven up your days.

The large air-conditioned living room of 60 m² and the 2 equipped terraces (30 m² with barbecue and 12 m²) are conducive to conviviality and meals with family or friends.

On the same floor, you can find an office area, the equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet as well as 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with cupboards: a large bedroom with a 160 bed and a dresser opening onto the balcony through a glass door, a bedroom with a 140 bed and a bedroom with two 90 beds (possibility of adding the travel cot left available).

On the lower floor, you will find the entrance to the villa, leading to the laundry room, as well as a bedroom with a glass door, equipped with a 140 bed, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Two vehicles can be parked inside the property (gate).
