The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Everything you need is provided to you and everything was well organized. Check-in was flawless and Karlie was very attentive and communicative. It was nice to have close access to the pool and the beach.

Karlie has thought of everything in terms of renting a condo. You are not wanting for everything. Instructions are very detailed. Very helpful if there were questions.

Very clean.. rooms..pool.. beach and property. This room did not have balcony. There are alot of outside room places to sit. But I did miss having balcony. Owner was great at communicating. room has everything you need. She stocks it well. I would stay here again for sure

WOW! We had a GREAT time at this beautiful property! We enjoyed sunrises from our bed in this pristinely clean and perfectly appointed unit. There is no doubt our host truly cares about providing the best possible experience. The ease of communication and friendly demeanor of the host really helped us enjoy our week! The grounds of the Ocean Club are beautifully landscaped with a nice variety of summer blooms. The oversized in-ground heated pool is immaculately maintained and there is always the option of enjoying a clean, private beach only a few steps away!

Great beachfront vacation

Our accommodations were wonderful. Karlie is a great host and the unit had a welcome basket and every imaginable amenity.

Wonderful stay

The entire facility and this unit in particular are beautiful. Karlie is a fantastic host; friendly, accommodating, responsive and her unit is immaculate and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a week at the beach

Wonderful Atmosphere

My adult kids and I had a terrific time at this property. It was clean, the pool and beach within steps from the condo. The location is quiet yet convenient to all area attractions. 5 ⭐️

Family Beach Vacation

Property is just like it’s pictured very clean and very organized. We enjoyed our stay the weather was a little questionable, but it did turn out nice on the weekend. The pool was a great Second option during the windy days at the beach. We really enjoy getting together as a family and taking some relaxation time at the Jersey shore.

First time staying in this area and it is a beautiful and has residential vibe. The private homes surrounding the condo were amazing! Bay is right across the street. Unit was very clean, updated and well stocked. Plenty of towels, games, kitchen appliances, dishes, etc Pool was super clean and absolutely huge. Plenty of lounges, tables, chairs and umbrellas. The condo complex is shaped as a square so there are no water views/breezes. The walkway to ocean had a mat and handrail. It was a bit steep for older folks but fine for us. There was an outside shower which was super convenient to rinse off sand. Private beach is not very deep. Attendant did check tags daily. If you stay in an ocean front unit on the first floor, you would be looking at a dune. As noted in the description, there are no elevators so pack accordingly. Staircase was an open wood style. The unit was exactly as described and definitely on the smaller side. It was a bit dark during day because the front windows and door are the walkway for all units, so you couldn't really keep the shades open. Bedroom has no closet and faces the parking lot. If you lowered the shade could see a bit of the ocean. Queen beds were comfortable but very little room on each side of bed to get in and out of. It was just my husband and I so it was ok. Only recommendation would be to replace the pub table with a reg small table. Also the couch was super modern and not very comfortable. But overall very nice condo in a lovely area!

We did want to clarify a couple of details for future guests. Our unit, views, furnishings, and layout are shown accurately in the listing photos and description. While you found the unit a bit dark, the shades can be positioned to allow plenty of natural light and a view of the pool while still maintaining privacy. We also want to clarify that our unit is not on the first floor, so there is no dune directly in front of our unit, nor is it a walk-out unit. The views from our specific unit are pictured in the listing. The modern sofa and pub-style dining table are also exactly as pictured and, while comfort and furniture preferences can certainly be personal, we haven’t previously received concerns about either. Thank you again for staying with us and for noting how clean, well-stocked, and accurately described you found the condo. We’re happy you enjoyed your stay and the beautiful area!

Cozy, Clean, Convenient

Immaculate with all the comforts of home including a well equipped kitchen. Location is great --this condo community is on the beach and near good restaurants and minutes from the Pt. Pleasant boardwalk. Karlie, the owner, was always available to answer any questions.
