Sanibel Condominiums is the perfect choice for your next vacation spot in Daytona Beach Shores. The Sanibel offers a beach lifestyle, incredible amenities, and is located in a quiet area within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Sanibel is located right on the divide between the traffic-free beach and the beach that allows vehicles. The no-drive beach begins directly next to Sanibel so guests can easily enjoy a no-drive beach just a couple of feet away! Included in your stay are all the wonderful amenities Sanibel has to offer including an oceanfront pool heated during the cooler months, a hot tub, spacious fitness center, gas grills, and a common room including a pool table and games.
Feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders as you enter this serene and freshly furnished oceanfront condo. The bright and beachy open concept living area is filled with brand-new furnishings, a flat screen TV, and a gorgeous oceanfront view! This unit includes a separate den area filled with a bar-height dining set, mounted TV and sleeper sofa. The dining table holds seating for 6 while the bar area provides extra seating for 2. The spacious kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and is outfitted with luxurious stainless appliances.
The oceanfront primary suite hosts its own private balcony entrance, a king bed, office desk, and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite primary bathroom boasts a double granite vanity, Jacuzzi tub, private toilet closet, and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom boasts both a queen bed and a twin bunk bed as well as a mounted TV. The ensuite guest bathroom holds a shower/tub combo and double vanity. The third bedroom has a full bed, twin bed, and mounted TV with a full bathroom located adjacent to the bedroom. This bathroom features a walk-in shower.
Step onto the private, oceanfront balcony and into paradise! The balcony can be accessed from both the living room and primary bedroom and hosts an abundance of outdoor furniture. The views of the ocean from the balcony area are stunning and you can watch the sunrise over the ocean daily!
Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. The parking garage clearance is 6'8".
