THE + OF THESE VILLAS:

- Change of towels every 3 days

- For stays of at least 12 nights, a change of bed linen and a complete cleaning of the villa is offered mid-stay

- For your comfort, we have provided for your arrival: tea, coffee, sugar, bottle of water, new sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 toilet paper per toilet and of course the planter!

Each villa offers the same services in terms of surface area, decoration and equipment.

Here is the full description:

On arrival, you will be able to park your vehicles easily since 3 parking spaces are offered per villa.

Moreover, do not hesitate to opt for an electric vehicle since a fast charging station will be at your disposal.
(With supplement, depending on the type of vehicle)

You will then arrive at a modern kitchen open to a cozy and comfortable living room which is ventilated by two ceiling fans (not air-conditioned). The bay windows near the dining table will have the advantage of opening completely so that you can fully enjoy the magnificent view of the sea and this superb swimming pool with a double infinity mirror effect.

We will pass through the terrace admiring the view to go to the rooms.

They are all equipped with quality bedding and air-conditioned.

The first and second bedrooms offer a 180 bed. You will have an en-suite bathroom as well as separate toilets for each of the bedrooms.

Continuing along the terrace, you will access the third bedroom which will offer you 2 beds of 90 that can be installed on request in 1 double bed of 180.

This room as well as the bathroom equipment and toilets are adapted for people with disabilities (PRM).

Between the living room/kitchen area and the bedrooms you will have a 4th: a guest toilet.

A room dedicated to the laundry will allow you to wash and iron your laundry. A washing machine as well as an iron and ironing board will be at your disposal.

This villa will offer you all the equipment and comfort you need for a pleasant stay.

On request, we can provide you with a travel cot with mattress and a high chair.

The villa is equipped with a backup water tank that will allow you to continue to enjoy your stay in peace without worrying about possible water cuts!

A surcharge of €20 will be required for late arrivals after 21:30

It is forbidden to smoke inside the villa under penalty of having an additional charge of 250 €.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

A welcome pack for your comfort will be waiting for you with: tea, coffee, sugar for the next day, 2 bottles of water, 1 new sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 2 toilet papers per toilet, 1 garbage bag in the kitchen and 1 per bathroom, shampoo/shower gel for your entire stay as well as a delicious homemade planter for the aperitif!
