Apartment recently refurbished (2021).
No private parking but free parking in front of the residence.
No wi-fi but it is possible to rent a pocket wifi at the tourist office (possibility to book in advance)
Large hallway leading to all rooms, with storage boxes and coat hooks, Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner.
Master bedroom: 140 cm bed, dressing room, iron.
Cabin: 90 bunk beds.
Separate toilet.
Small but functional bathroom with large shower, towel radiator, hair dryer.
Large living room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine with drying function, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, raclette machine.
Very comfortable sofa quickly, TV, armchairs.
Balcony facing South/South-East with a view of the massif, the Cantal mountains, the lake of ermines. Table to have meals outside in the summer. You can now rent a parking lot in the centre of the resort, rue des loutres, for an additional €90 per week. Please note that this parking lot is not very wide: 2.15 m wide, it is suitable for average cars. (See photo)

Other notes:
You will be greeted by Chloé who will give you your keys and who will make the inventory of fixtures with you. Presentation of a deposit check of 500 euros at the inventory of fixtures at the entrance inventory.
