Wonderful!

We were 3 couples who stayed in Toulouse for 10 days for World Cup Rugby. The apartment met our needs perfectly - clean, comfortable, we could walk every where, well equipped kitchen, shops and restaurants close by. Only hitch was door to the master bathroom wouldn’t close - but otherwise - perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

You can’t check in on your own which makes it logistically less practical and on one day the agency wanted to deliver a table and that ended up being a disturbance to our stay."

We had an excellent stay in Toulouse. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well located. Check in was efficient and helpful... the apartment was not air-conditioned but there were 3 good fans which were really appreciated as it was very hot. My only negative comment was that the roof parasol was broken and I reported it twice without reply.

LE PATIO GUILHEMERY Spacious, clean, comfortable, lots of natural light - beautiful. Loads of closet space. The living area was well set up so we could comfortably gather and chat. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent, so close to the city center with a bus stop on the same block and boulangerie a few minutes walk away where we picked up breakfast every morning. We were very comfortable right away and had a pleasant stay. Our host (Aziz) was helpful and responsive to communication. I highly recommend.

Excellent apartment

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious apartment PatioGuilhemery. The beds were very comfortable and each couple had an en-suite shower although only the Master bedroom had an en-suite toilet.The second toilet was in the corridor outside the second bedroom. We also had use of a washing machine and tumble drier.After an initial problem with a leaking kettle and too few wine glasses Olivier replaced the faulty kettle with a new one and gave us 9 new wine glasses. The kitchen area was then well-equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery. The location is very good with restaurants and bars close by and a Carrefour at the end of the road. The bus (stop across the road) took us to The centre at JeanJaures in 8 minutes.The apartment was also very secure. We would certainly stay there again!

The housekeeper - Gwenola from renting agency was friendly and easy to communicate with in English. Beds pretty comfortable, everything you need in the kitchen, clean towels delivered, good internet. Perfect size and equipment for our family of five. 🙁 The heating was not working. It was locked from any changes of temperature. It was not really cold, but rather chilly in the evenings and mornings - 19-20 degrees. Agency stated that this is due to governmental recommendations to save energy. I totally understand social responsibility, but in appartment that class and price I would expect I am able to set more comfortable temperature for my family, especially late January/early February."

LE PATIO GUILHEMERY "We booked this 3 bedroom apt for an extensive stay. We were there for 23 days total and had 3 different sets of family and friends come stay with us. I would say that the apt is perfect for 2 couples, but not ideal when there's a greater number of adults. The third bedroom is a Murphy bed just off the living room and there are only 2 bathrooms. If anyone is using the 3 bedroom, they need to use the kitchen sink to wash their hands and brush their teeth or go into someone's room. I would also say that the apt is great for a short stay, but is lacking a few things for longer a longer stay. With regards to the bathrooms, Europeans have this weird habit of designing WC just on their own. No sink! It makes for washing hands annoying especially is you are staying in the 3 bed. The best thing about the apt is the neighbourhood. We were very close to St Aubin and that square was full of fabulous restaurants, cafe and the most amazing Sunday market."
