Cute Condo in Evanston

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—with grocery stores, restaurants, and shops just around the corner. Our hosts were prompt and helpful with every question, and having dedicated parking was a real plus. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Nice little condo!

We picked this location because we have a Tesla and liked that we could lark in a garage and could even charge our car there. We have no complaints about the stay. It was perfect size for me and my son as we were in town to see the city and visit some colleges. We liked how close it was to Northwestern!

Clean cozy apartment

The apartment was very clean and near many restaurants. The property owners were very responsive to our questions. We would stay there again.

Great apartment in the heart of Evanston

My wife and I stayed at this property while moving our son into his freshman dorm at Northwestern. The location was excellent - just a couple of blocks from the heart of downtown Evanston and about 20 minutes to the Northwestern campus. Communication with the manager was seamless. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable place to stay

Building is clean. Apartment is as advertised. It was quiet. Location is quite central. Appreciated checkout wasn't until 11. Very easy to checkin even though we arrived very late in evening

Great Little Condo!

This was perfect for our short trip to Chicago. It was the perfect getaway for a tired parents trip. Since it rained most of Saturday, we enjoyed turning the fire on and watching Netflix in the quiet condo. It’s within walking distance of lots of shopping and eating too. If we come back, we would stay again :)

Great Location and apartment. But, Noise!

Overall we really had a great stay here. Very well appointed, comfortable bed and furniture. Clean. Only negative is that this 2nd floor apt is directly above the loading dock and trash/recycling dumpsters for the building. At least 4 days there were trucks and loud noise starting around 8 am. Even with all doors and windows closed it was very loud. If you are a morning person, probably not an issue. Not great for vacationers. We might come back but pick another one of their apartments.

Great place to stay in Evanston!

We sent our son to NU during our visit. The condo is well kept and clean. It has everything we need and it's only 5 minutes away from NU. The owner is very nice and texted us the check-in and check-out information. She responds to text messages within a minute. A/C is nice and quiet! Kitchen has all the supplies. It also has washer/dryer in the unit. Even the TV has Netflix, Hulu, Disney etc. You can watch shows with guest profiles. Walking distance to restaurants in Evanston. Best of all, I like the indoor parking space. It's easy to get in and out. It's very secure. We'll definitely consider the place again in our next visit there!

An excellent property with great bed and appliances. A nice space.

I was trying this out for future visits with my husband. We both work while trace frequently. This place is almost perfect for that except my phone stopped working the moment I approached my room. I couldn’t use my ATT hotspot for secure connection or make voice calls from the room. Just down the hall or in the very nice lounge area one floor up all worked fine. Texting and FaceTime we’re fine because I could piggyback the internet. It was gateway having secure covered parking and the host was very quick to respond to all questions. Very high quality and a good location.

Easy Access to Evanston

Once we figured out how to get in the parking garage (the hardest part was finding it) we realized it was an easy in and out to the units. A bit of walking to find the elevator, and best to have a smaller car for parking but a great location, and Do Appreciate having parking. The accommodations were clean, probably not really handicapped accessible because the bed is high. We’d stay again.

Great stay, again!

We enjoyed staying at this property - which we have done several times now. The unit and the building are excellent - clean, secure and comfortable. The location is perfect for us and Michelle and Brandon are fantastic hosts. A pleasure!

Excellent location

Modern property conveniently located near public transportation, shops, and restaurants. Walking distance to Lake Michigan beach. We also walked to Baha’i temple, a must see.

A comfortable and hassle free stay

A compact, secure and centrally located apartment with convenient access to stores and restaurants. It was clean and wel equipped. The hosts were prompt and responsive to our requests and queries. The checkin and checkout process was hassle free.

This was the best place I’ve stayed at in such a long time. I was scheduled for training with my new company this week. I reached out to the owner a day before. Great week in Evanston.

Property was exactly as depicted and Miyoun was a great host. We had slight issue with our phones apparently due to having ATT and we did need to call each other from the condo, but I used wifi calling or we went on balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Great place!

Great place, very clean and comfy, with everything you need in walking distance. Owner is awesome and checks in often and even left us an anniversary gift which was super sweet. Will stay here again!

Nice, well equipped apartment

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It is well equipped with everything you need and was very quiet. The underground parking was really nice and it is easily walkable to downtown Evanston and Northwestern University. I would certainly stay there again.
