Seaside Escape -Luxurious 2 Bedroom Condo

Amazing 2BD/2BA Contemporary Seaside Coastal Condo in the complex. The unit was completely renovated! The condo complex has 2 large, heated pools and spas overlooking the waterfront. Tennis courts and outdoor grilling areas are out the door of the unit! This condo is the closest to the water in the complex, on water with huge private lanai. You will be amazed!

Additional condo details:
The gated community has two Olympic size swimming pools, two spas-hot tubs, gas BBQ grills, 3 tennis courts, a walking path, and dock slip that is owner leased and a Clubhouse. The Riverside Club is in close proximity to several restaurants; Smith House, Old Marco Pub, Zaza Mexican, Lee Be Fish, Bistro Soleil and of course the Famous Snook Inn is 1 block away! There is fun shopping at Shops of Olde Marco which is right around the corner as well.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Best place we have ever stayed! Felt like home from the minute we walked in! Loved the view from the balcony. Spent a lot of time out there watching boats on the waterway. We were close to everything including restaurants, shopping and site seeing. Will definitely be back!

GREAT QUIET LOCATION

If you are looking for a great view and relaxation look no further. I didnt want to leave the back porch! Very clean and nice pool areas and quick trip to most everything. We stayed away from the resort areas and enjoyed old Marco. Unit is small but clean and efficient. Perfect for four people! We would stay again!

Beautiful and relaxing

Beautiful and clean unit. Loved the balcony and doors that opened to a sunrise view and looking at the water. Enjoyed walking to Snooks and Boardroom tavern. 2 pools were never too busy and tennis / pickleball right outside. A drive to the beach however that didn’t bother us. Plenty of uber/lyft on the island. Communication was great. Kitchen had everything needed. Had 2 fifteen year old girls with us and everyone enjoyed.

Great condo, great location

We had a lovely time here. We stayed for two weeks and it flew by. Enjoyed watching the dolphins everyday. A lot of great restaurants and establishments within walking distance. Everyone at the complex was very friendly.

Nice, but...

The condo's clean and well appointed. Very nice. However, contrary to the listing's description, there's no king bed.

Marco Family Fun

Great condo for our stay in Marco. Very clean and enjoyed watching dolphins swim from our balcony. Able to walk to restaurants.

Kick Back and Relax

We escaped the cold in the north to relax in the warmer weather. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the deck watching the boats and biked around the island to the beach and local establishments. Great location and condo had everything we needed.

Exactly how it looks

Overall great property. Clean, modern, water views, quiet. Could use a few more kitchen tools (was there over thanksgiving) but thats really minor. Its exactly how it looks in photos. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful property in an outstanding location! Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Communication with John was easy and he made sure we were well taken care of.

Great stay in Marco!

The condo was beautifully finished with gorgeous water views. The kitchen was stocked nicely and there were chairs for 4 people and a cooler for trips to the beach. The owners were super responsive, even on Thanksgiving. Thanks for a great stay!

Shelling and Fishing

Awesome place and veiws, extremely clean and updated condo. Perfect vacation getaway. Rented a boat to go shelling at the islands and did really well fishing the mangroves as well for snook and snapper. We plan on coming back as soon as possible!

Unfortunate news

Unfortunately Janet got cellulitis the first day we were there from a former injury. The result was the rest of the time in the hospital. Definitely not your fault but unfortunate timing. The condo was perfect. Very clean and well supplied. I just wish I could have spent the time there.

View was awesome

Condo was cute and comfortable and the owner was quick to respond when we had a problem getting into the gate. The laundry was on the same floor but not in condo. I should have read the listing better but we made it work. There was a dirty towel left on one of the sofas I assume from the cleaners but again it didn’t warrant a phone call to the owner. We loved the view and thought the condo was renovated real nice.

Mom/daughter trip

This condo was perfect for our stay in Marco. The place looks exactly as shown in the pictures and love the lanai where you can sit out and enjoy the beautiful view of the water. The unit had everything we needed - beach chairs, cooler and umbrella to enjoy our days at the beach. I would book this again if I return to Marco.
