Your terrace overlooking the sea between Finistère and the Pink Granite Coast

For an exceptional experience by the sea, come and enjoy this completely renovated house and its two terraces of 110 m2.
This holiday home will seduce you with its privileged location in the bay of Morlaix, a central point for exploring between ROSCOFF, the tip of Finistère (POINTE du RAZ, the ABERS,...) and the Pink Granite Coast (BREHAT, PERROS GUIREC, PLOUMANAC'H,....), or even Mont Saint Michel for the most courageous.

In the morning, when you wake up, admire the spectacle of the seabirds (little egret, oystercatcher, barnacle geese, ...) or take a dip in front of the house.
After a visit to the very good bakery of the village (3 kms), have your breakfast in the sun on the terrace in summer or behind the large bay windows in winter.
It's already time to put on your hiking boots or your running shoes to go and walk the GR34 which passes in front of the house. Those who prefer can ensure lunch by going fishing on foot or at the Morlaix market with its many local producers (on Saturday mornings)
Back home to prepare the meal, the fully equipped and spacious kitchen will allow everyone to get their hands dirty.
Want to eat inside? Sit on the high table in the kitchen, the living room or the dining room. Would you rather enjoy the outdoors? Meal facing the sea on the front terrace or under the shelter of the stone wall on the garden side (south-west facing).

To enjoy the terrace longer, the hammock is waiting for you. You can also take a break on the sofa in the reading and games corner to watch the seabirds while enjoying the warmth of the wood stove.

In the evening, after a day dedicated to the discovery of the preserved landscapes nearby (Sterec Island, Morlaix Bay,...) or further away (pink granite coast, Monts d'Arrée, Pointe du Raz, Les Abers...), historical sites (Barnenez cairn 500m away, Château du Taureau...), many cultural activities (Leclerc fund in Landerneau, Jacobin Museum,...) or sports activities (diving club 200m away, nautical club 2 kms away, surfing in Locquirec, cycling and hiking circuits from the house,...), it is already time to go to bed in one of the three bedrooms of the house. Master bedroom with private shower room on the first floor or the two bedrooms upstairs with their beautiful sea view and their bathroom and toilet on the landing.
All we have to do is start again tomorrow...

To explore the bay, you have two kayaks with the possibility of launching in front of the house.
