Cozy Haile Cottage – 15 Min to UF and Springs Nearby!

Welcome to our cozy cottage in Haile! Steps away from the famous Haile Village, this three bedroom, two bathroom home can comfortably sleep up to seven people. There are two TVs – one with cable and a SmartTV with Netflix/Hulu/etc. The large living room is perfect for watching Gator games! A fully-stocked kitchen is yours to use, and boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Parking is available on the street and in the garage. This home is tucked into a quiet street. One king bed and two queens.

- Please be mindful of noise and respectful to our neighbors. There is a 10 pm noise curfew in the neighborhood. Neighbors may call local law enforcement if noise levels are excessive after hours.
- Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside or outside of the home. Smoking will result in a $1,000 fee.
- Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee per pet.
- Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fee per guest per night.
- We do not permit parties or gatherings at the home. Parties and gatherings will result in a $2,000 fee in addition to the unauthorized guest fees and immediate cancellation of your reservation with an escort off of the property by law enforcement.

UF reunion

Visited for Alumni reunion UFCVM..Great location and neighborhood. House well equipped. Stayed here once several years ago and lucky to be able to come again. Highly recommend!

Easter Weekend

The property is perfectly maintained and in a beautiful neighborhood. We had some downtime, and loved the walking trails and nearby village square. You can walk to have a drink and dinner. Communication was excellent and we appreciate that the owner makes coffee available 😀. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the home to friends.

Cute house in adorable neighborhood

Lovely little neighborhood west of town. House was clean and comfortable. We were not there much as we were in town for a Gator game. Had everything we needed for the weekend.

Very nice little house in quiet neighborhood. Our only issue was the air conditioning. The host alerted not to set it below 72 degrees. Every night it got very hot in the bedrooms. We usually set ours at 69 degrees at night. Because of this, we won’t book it again. But other than that, it was a very comfortable place.

Beautiful House and Gorgeous Neighborhood

Beautiful house and gorgeous neighborhood! We had a great time in Gainesville at Maria's place. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, and absoluterly beautiful (we loved the trees and green everywhere). We were pleasantly surprised with the house. It is more beautiful than in the pictures and it has everything we needed. Maria is a great host. She was very accomodating and responsive. Thank you Maria!!

Great place to say when visiting UF!

We were in town for our son's UF graduation. We wanted a place that was no more than 20 minutes to campus, and Haile Village fit the bill. It is a very quaint and peaceful complex, with lots of lovely trees adorned with moss, and an excellent Farmer's Market every Saturday. The home was quaint and pleasant. Everything was as described in the listing. Maria was a delight to deal with, and she was very responsive. Most of all, with all of the horror stories circulating about VRBO owners canceling stays in the weeks leading up to the graduation (in an effort to re-book at a higher rate,) we were just so relieved this did not happen to us and the owner/manager honored their commitment :) If we ever return to Gainesville for a Gator football game, we would definitely look to book here again.

Excellent visit

The house is in a beautiful, quiet, tree lined neighborhood with trails and a lovely community center— Friendly people everywhere! Check in/out was a breeze and the house was clean and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable. Hope we can stay here again

Family time to enjoy the local bike trails.

We had a great experience at this house and with the property manager. The house had everything we needed: 3 bedrooms, cool temperature, quiet and pretty neighborhood, a garage to park our car and bike rack overnight, clean, and with plenty of amenities including ice in the freezer. The manager/owner kept us up to date with necessary messages for check in and check out. We also appreciated having DoorDash deliver to the house since we got in too late to go eat out. We highly recommend this property.

Just the best place for us to stay

The neighborhood was great talking to people out walking very friendly. House had everything as advertised and more thanks you very much Maria. Having use of the garage made it very easy to off load and then reload items need for our stay. I would rent this house again if back in town.

Gainesville Getaway

We loved our stay in Haile Village! It was quiet but also close to everything. This is a great little cottage and we would stay here again when we return to Gainesville!

Tranquil Cottage among the trees

I would highly recommend this lovely space for an older family or group who wants to be in a quiet area, but close enough to enjoy all of Gainesville. Haile Plantation is a wonderful place of peaceful walks and tree canopies with a really cute restaurant/ shopping area very close by. The cottage is warm and inviting with everything you need to enjoy your time there. The parking is easy, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Our family of 4 adults very much enjoyed our visit and having 3 bedrooms was fantastic. I think you will enjoy it as much as we did.
