Ideally located less than 2 hours from Paris, 1 hour from Lille and Reims, and less than 10 minutes from downtown Saint-Quentin, where you’ll find all the amenities you need.

Whether you’re traveling with friends, family, or on a business trip, everything is designed to make you feel right at home.

In the center of the house, a skylight provides incredible natural light throughout the day. A relaxation area is located below, featuring a large cocoon-style armchair, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, and a few books.

The living area welcomes you with a magnificent granite coffee table, a fireplace, a 140 cm smart TV, and a large sofa.

You’ll find everything you need in the dining room to set a beautiful table for up to 10 people: colorful tableware, wine glasses, champagne flutes, placemats, tablecloths, and more.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner induction cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
A toaster, electric kettle, crêpe maker, raclette machine, croque-monsieur maker, waffle maker, and food processor are also provided.
For coffee lovers, you’ll find a small drip coffee maker, a Bodum French press, and a Barista L’or espresso machine (compatible with Nespresso and other capsules).

For beer lovers, a Philips PerfectDraft beer dispenser is available. Don’t forget to bring your own kegs!

The sleeping area consists of 3 lovely bedrooms:

- a beautiful master bedroom with its own private bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, and hair dryer), a king-size bed (160×200), a desk, a large closet, and, last but not least, a breathtaking view of the vineyards.

- a second bedroom with a king-size bed (160×200) and a view of the park

- a third bedroom, a triple room, with bunk beds measuring 140×200 and 90×200, a desk, and storage space.

The shared bathroom features a large walk-in shower, a double-sink vanity, and a hair dryer.

The toilet is separate.

You’ll also find ample storage space in the entryway and in the hallway leading to the bedrooms.

In the basement of the house, you’ll find:

- a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, clothesline, ironing board, and iron.

- a huge recreation area with foosball, an electronic dartboard, and a ping-pong table that will delight young and old alike. (this area is not heated)

- a fitness/recreation room with a treadmill, exercise bike, and elliptical trainer, a smart TV, children’s games, and a sofa bed that can serve as additional sleeping accommodations (upon request and for an extra fee).

Finally, enjoy a vast, unfenced outdoor area of over 2,000 m², featuring a wooded garden in front of the house, a large slate terrace, and a spacious gravel courtyard.
Garden furniture, a large garden table, and two lounge chairs complete the setting. You can also use the Weber charcoal grill (charcoal not provided).

The courtyard at the back of the house provides a safe place to park your vehicles.
A Green UP charging station for electric cars is also available. If needed, there are numerous fast-charging stations nearby as well.


Enjoy nature with a stroll through the vineyards or along the St. Quentin Canal, which is just 2 minutes from the house—perfect for a bike ride or a spot of fishing.
