It is an ideal location, in the heart of the Manse valley for those looking for silence, privacy, nature and a magnificent view. The land is located in a terraced and shaded garden. All comforts are available.<br>The 75 m2 cottage can accommodate 4 people: 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children and is only rented for a whole week. The rental includes the supply of sheets.<br>The 6000 m2 plot consists of two completely separate houses, close in distance but not overlooked, on the hillside, with a terraced garden, shaded by oaks, chestnut trees and fruit trees and bordered by troglodyte cellars. One of the houses is occupied by the owner.<br>Renovated in 2020 in a spirit that is both cosy and contemporary, the cottage benefits from all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Even in the middle of summer, the house, leaning against the hillside, remains naturally air-conditioned. On the first floor, you will find: a living room with an American kitchen fitted out in 2022, spacious and bright (south facing) with a view of the valley as well as a bathroom and separate toilets.
