FIRST-CLASS LODGING and excellent amenities make Paradise Pointe a top choice for summer vacations and weekend getaways. Cool off in the pool, relax in the lazy river, or just lounge on the sundeck and enjoy another beautiful day at the beach. Special resort features include an indoor pool (heated Nov 1 - May 1), an outdoor pool (opens May 1), a lazy river, and a kids' pool.

FREE WIFI is in all condos so you can stay conveniently connected. You can enjoy a seaside winter at Paradise Pointe. Several condos are available November-March with very attractive off-season monthly rates. NOTE: Paradise Pointe is a tobacco-free vacation resort (smoking and smokeless), including balconies and grounds.

The resort has a covered parking garage that does not accommodate oversized vehicles, rear cargo carriers, hitch balls, or rooftop luggage racks. Also note that trailers, golf carts and motorcycles are not permitted. No pets, no grills, and no fireworks.

PARADISE POINTE 12E is a luxury corner end unit with beautiful views. It also has 5 TVs, granite countertops stainless appliances, and a whirpool garden tub in the master bath. Resort and common unit features include:

Beautiful spaces to be in, but a bit tight for parking and cooking with more than one cook

Pros: Beautiful interior design Great beach views Fun puzzles for rainy days Nice balcony design for eating by the sea Cons: Tight parking Tight kitchen for any more than one cook Trash washed up on the beach in this area Broken dryer belt that unfortunately wasn't addressed properly by property managers during our stay: it was inconvenient not to be able to dry our towels and clothes

Condo that was just "ok"

My family has visited and stayed in Cherry Grove at multiple locations for the past 8yrs straight now. We have used both owner and commercial owned units. Condo is oceanfront with great views and security passcode for the elevators to unsure only guests that belong in the unit are in the building great option! There are also employees that are visible during the day and evening checking on things another big plus. Now onto the bad items... screen door to the balcony would not open had to call maintenance which they fixed. Pull out sofa bed found dirty and stained not sure when the last time someone checked or even tried sleeping on it. Ice maker would only make about a dozen ice cubes daily. Made several calls to the office only to be told will write up a service ticket. The Master bed is a foam top and badly needs replaced. The next door bed with full bathroom is also in bad shape and needs replaced as well. Otherwise I would have given the unit more stars.

Great experience!

We are a group of 6 friends, all older women and found this property to be perfect for our group. We found everything we needed to prepare meals, etc. The balcony is great and a wonderful place for morning coffee. We plan to return!

Paradise Pointe 12E - Great Experience

My wife and I rented the property for 5 nights in October 2021. Everything was as expected - although having to put sheets on the bed was new to us. We really didn’t want the stay to end - we’d definitely rent there again. Communication with the management office was great too - the checkin and checkout procedures couldn’t be easier.

Great Views!!!

We had the best view from our balcony. Unobstructed sunrises and endless ocean. Our suite was beautiful and comfortable with all the amenities of home. Well be back for more!!!!

Great Condo!

We enjoyed our stay here. The views were beautiful. Sunrise on one side and sunset on the other with the marsh in view. Definitely didn’t disappoint.

Nice Recent Reno

Overall experience was very good. Loved the view from the top and it was clear that a nice recent renovation had been undertaken. Nice large living room TV. Kitchen was very nice with all the countertop space and new granite(?), though it was a bit narrow for more than 2 people at a time to use. Skme things that would've earned 5 stars for us with small kids and babies woudl be some more sound absorbing amenities, solid doors, and softer spaces such as rugs/carpets for the floors would have been very nice. It also felt a bit tight in the bedrooms with narrow spaces to walk between the beds and chests of drawers. Also many of the switches didn't seem to work, but we found that some lamps had to be plugged into the top outlet receptacle to work on the switches. We noticed our feet got black from the floor very quickly after arriving, though it looked clean overall. Queen bedroom on West side's toilet didn't flush correctly, but you could just hold town the handle and it would work. The balcony table was very nice to enjoy the view and eat. We also liked the large bay window in the dining room.. Password protected elevator was great as well as the password protected bathroom at the pool. We also loved the lazy river and baby pool was helpful. Beach access was good, but if you cart stuff out use the East and South public access path for no steps to navigate. Thanks!

Wonderful View

The property was not clean at all and was worn. The building was worn. A dog barked for over 2 hours. Maintenance came in and left a bag of garbage for us!

Wonderful property! Great location and everything was very clean. My only complaints would be the clogged master bath and there was some dark pigment that kept rubbing off on our feet from the hardwoods. Other than that, we greatly enjoyed the property!
