Please join us at our completely renovated farmhouse on a private 1/2 acre lot surrounded by woods. Our home is on the bike path and a short walk to Morning Glory Farm, South Beach, and downtown Edgartown.

You will be welcomed by a large lawn area and covered farmers porch with rocking chairs complimented by a open floor plan for the 1st floor (kitchen/dining/family room) that provides an open area for relaxing and enjoying family time.

This home has beautiful hardwood floors throughout with new windows and doors w/ a modern kitchen fully stocked with plates, utensils and stainless appliances (refrigerator, double oven/gas range, dishwasher, and microwave).

The dining room farm table seats 10 comfortably. The family room area has a 55" flat screen TV along with leather couches and chairs. Wireless internet is provided.

4 bedroom complete with all new bedding and mattresses (3 Queens, 3 twins), 3rd floor loft with pullout couch and TV.

2 full baths have been remodeled with new vanities, tiled showers and floors, glass shower doors...with an outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand.

We loved staying at this beautiful home. The home is modern, very well maintained and the owners are always extremely responsive. The location is also great, with close proximity to downtown Edgartown.

Wonderful stay on Whalers Walk in MV

We had a wonderful stay here while visiting MV. The hosts were especially accommodating and the house was beautiful, clean and had enough room for our family. Great location on a quiet street. Highly recommend!

Second Year, Same Excellent Experience

This was our second year staying at Marc and Shauna's house, and it was just as great as the first year. Clean, functional, cozy and super quiet in the wooded area just a short ride to the bike path. Marc was great to communicate with and we had another memorable week with family.

Great stay in Katama

Perfect house for a family of 5. Very nicely decorated and kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful wrap around porch we thoroughly enjoyed using. Owners were fantastic and attentive to any questions. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful family vacation!

The property is beautiful, it was tucked away off the beaten track, but still so conveniently close to town and beach. The space was clean and well stocked, and the wrap around porch was the perfect space to relax. The owner Marc was was fantastic to communicate with and we hope to return in the future!

Martha’s Vineyard Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time visiting Martha’s Vineyard. The home was comfortable and inviting. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and walking to the Morning Glory Farm and Edgartown. The location was perfect. We hope to visit again.

Aug vacation

Absolutely Fantastic!

Marc and Shauna's property is one of the best VRBO's we've ever visited. The location is quiet and wooded, yet close to Edgartown, Morning Glory Farm and South Beach. The house had everything we needed, and Marc was exceedingly responsive and accommodating. We're already looking forward to visiting again next year!

The house was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 2 teens. It is located on a quiet street within walking distance to Morning Glory Farm. It was only a short drive into town and to the beach. We had an amazing time and would definitely rent this property again.

Lovely stay!

We just had a great week at Marc and Shauna’s lovely, spotlessly clean home. They thought I’d everything and the home is well stocked with all you could need. The family is right next door and helpful if anything comes up. Our kids spent hours playing on the gorgeous porch while we enjoyed our morning coffees in the rocking chairs. One thing to note- the upstairs 3 bedrooms each have a sky light so bring an eye mask (or blackout curtains) for light sensitive kids!

Wonderful property! Great vacation!

This house was perfect for our family vacation to celebrate my husbands birthday. It accommodated our 3 sons and their wives perfectly. We enjoyed coffee and drinks on the wraparound porch as well as several home made dinners on the outside table, easily fitting all 8 of us. It was extremely clean and Marc and Shauna were wonderful hosts, answering any questions right away. The yard is large and we enjoyed several corn hole games as well as hanging by the fire pit. The location is also great, we rented bikes for everyone and it was only 2 miles one way to Edgartown and we even did 7 miles to Oak Bluffs. Having Morning Glory farm so close by was a big bonus as well. I strongly recommend this house if you are looking for a home base for your family vacation.

Great stay!

This a beautiful getaway nestled in a wooded community that has both new construction and more established homes. This home is very true to the pictures and offerings. It's quite comfortable and inviting. Once you arrive (especially in the summer), open the windows. The design of the house offers great airflow. The host Marc was helpful and easy to reach. We loved that there was a downstairs bedroom and bathroom. This is very helpful if you're traveling with anyone with mobility issues. The first floor is pretty open. When you're cooking in the kitchen, it's nice because you don't feel like you're out of the action. We brought our car to MV. It was nice to have an easy place to park. It's also nice that it could accommodate 1 or 2 other cars in case there are more than one couple or more than one family staying in the home. We also did activities in Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Menemsha and found the home to be centrally located which was super helpful. Don't pass this one up. It's a great find.

Edgartown Gem

I stayed with a group of 5 friends at this property for a birthday week celebration. The property is as listed, looks just like the photos and is in a beautiful, large and private location (it's by the airport so will need a car if you're staying here). Marc (the owner) was responsive from day one and throughout our time at the property. He made himself available for us throughout our stay (not needed because the home was immaculate upon arrival and directions for the home were precise and very helpful). Linens were included with the rental but bath towels were not (there were some beach towels in the basement but you should bring your own). Beach chairs, umbrella and beach games, etc. were also located in the basement. The owners have a really nice book collection and a wonderful place on the third floor to just relax and read (or watch tv or work if that's you're thing). The air is central and a very nice touch as they place stayed comfortable throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a secluded getaway and beautiful neighborhood (approximately 8-10 minute drive to downtown Edgartown or Stop and Shop and 15 minutes to State Beach and Oak Bluffs ferry). Thank you Marc, it was a pleasure staying in your home!

Fantastic Vineyard House!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house! The location was perfect for us... close to charming Edgartown but tucked in the woods on a beautiful quite gravel road with South beach an easy drive with easy parking (even in August). The house was modern and charming and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We particularly loved walking Pennywise Path to Morning Glory Farm in the mornings. Marc was very responsive and a great host... we hope to return!

Boutique hotel

This is a beautiful and thoughtfully designed property in immaculate condition. The art, furnishings, fixtures and little touches created a boutique hotel type of feel. While the living area looked a little tight for our family of 5 (3 teens & 2 adults), the space is so well designed, that it lived larger. This is all around a lovely property, and Marc, (one of the homeowner’s) was extremely easy to work with and responsive. We definitely recommend this property.

Perfect Place

We first fell in love with the Farmer's porch looking at the on line listing. And the house itself was just as lovely. Everything we wanted and needed was there. The location was the best. And after 53 years of vacationing on the Vinyard this was just the perfect place. And the owners and VRBO so easy to work with. Very happy!

MV Family Vacation

Property had everything we needed for a family of five - clean, comfortable and fully stocked with all of the essentials. Perfect location for any activity the family desires. Most, if not all, are accessible via bicycle. Quiet neighborhood, so able to get away but still be very much within reach of all that the island has to offer. Owners were super helpful and easily accessible if needed. Great stay all the way around.
