This was a beautiful property. We loved roaming around on the golf cart and bicycles. The house had everything we needed. It was beautiful and we miss it already. Close to everything but in a quaint, lovely neighborhood.

This is a beautiful property and likely the most well-equipped VRBO property we’ve ever stayed at, globally. Everything you could ever need or want for your getaway is there. And don’t skip the golf cart rental 
 definitely a highlight of our trip.

Great Thanksgiving Visit!

We had a wonderful stay, and we were so impressed by the level of attention from the management company. The year round neighbors were so friendly and welcoming, and we had a blast playing pickle and relaxing at the hot tub and heated pool. The best part: I was horrified when we pulled up - I realized that I’d accidentally booked our arrival for the next day! My family was tired from the drive and not happy with me- but the management company pulled a miracle and let us check in seamlessly and early! Crisis averted. :) Aside from that, the house is very pretty and welcoming and we had a great experience.

Not our best visit

The property mentioned that we were walking distance from the beach, we were NOT. We had to drive everyday to the beach and fight for parking. Which, if we had just been told correctly, we would have been prepared. Also, I have contacted this company soooo many times through the message link and still, weeks later, no one has responded. Another thing, it was soooooo hot in the house. The unit temperature wasn’t allowed to go below 70 degrees, I’m sorry, but when I’m paying this much for a property, I should be able to put the thermostat on what I want. There were nights, bc of the humidity there, that sleeping was difficult bc it was 70 degrees in the house. The home is beautiful and clean but we won’t be back or recommend anyone:(

Thank you for staying with us at 'Octopus's Garden' at NatureWalk on 30A! We apologize for any inconveniences you encountered during your stay. Octopus's Garden is located approximately 1.5 miles from the closest beach access via Lily Lane Beach Trail. A 6-seater, street legal, golf cart is available for easy access as well as 4 bikes! In our humid climate, HVAC's are notorious for freezing if they go below 70 degrees. Our office is available 24/7 for any needs that may arise during a guest's stay. We hope you come back and see us!

Over Promises from Realjoy Vacations

The Property itself is very nice. RealJoy is the problem. When reserving, we emailed RealJoy about a previous post saying the AC would only go to 70. Got this email reply:Kathryn (RealJoy Vacations Guest Services) May 10, 2021, 3:34 PM CDT Hello! The property manager has let us know that this property's thermostat can go down to 65 degrees! Please let us know how we can further assist you! We reserved, then got to property and there was a sign by AC saying only 70 degrees. Emailed again and got the following response: Jessica Lopez (RealJoy Vacations Guest Services) Jun 27, 2021, 12:31 PM CDT Hi there, Unfortunately we are unable to lower below 70 our apologies. Jessica. We would not have reserved had RealJoy been honest. Also, one bedroom had not been cleaned very well, it still had gold fish or cheetos in the bed. We called and no reply from RealJoy. The ice machine didn't work for a few days, and RealJoy said they were sending a repairman, didn't happen. I tried contacting RealJoy a couple of times before writing this and never got a response.

Beautiful Octopus' Garden

We had a wonderful time at the Octopus' Garden house. What a beautiful home it is. Everything was lovely and comfortable. It was a beautifully decorated beach house and made us feel spoiled the whole time. We loved swinging on the front porch, having dinners out there too, riding bikes to the pool and beach, loading up the golf cart and going to the beach, playing basketball, walking on the nature trail and enjoying the whole neighborhood. When we left a sketchbook of my daughter's at the house, they kindly found it and mailed it to us. We would definitely come back!

Georgeous new house with everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at "Octopus's Garden". This new home has everything we needed for our stay including a Ninja blender for margaritas, Roku TVs everywhere, comfy beds and pillows, makeup mirrors & blow-dryers in every bathroom, and even a kid friendly full-on-full bunkroom. The decorations and detail to sea life was so sweet -just loved it. We biked all over Seaside and Watercolor and the Publix was right next door to the development. Such convenience! We will be back here soon - that is a given. Thank you Beachwalk Vacations and Octopus's Garden for making our vacation stay relaxing and so memorable.

Beutiful home close to the beach and shops and res

Love this house! Has all you need and more. Bright and airy, nice, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedroom (2 King suites!), nice décor, 2 big porches with swings to hang out on. The neighborhood amenities are great too; 2 big pools (1 heated), hot tub, walking trails, and shuttle to the beach. Had 4 bikes too, which we used daily to ride the nature trails and to the beach. Rode up 30A for happy hour oysters and beers too, through Seaside and Watercolor, loved it! The location is great, right in the thick of the 30A action, but hidden away in the State Forest. So easy to get to shops (and the Publix practically next door!) and restaurants, and to Grayton Beach State Park, without getting stuck in 30A traffic hell. We will definitely be back!

A very beautiful and well_kept home.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property! Furnishing werelovely, especially the bedrooms. Can’t believe you had found so many octopii decoratons-too cute. My husband biked almost daily and I lovedhanging around, especially on the porches. Was surprised that the neighbors didn’t, though. The only drawback was the distance to the stores for almost any kind necessity. I suppose if we came back in a couple of years, 98 will be built up close to 395. All in all, WONDERFUL!

We loved it but the trash did not run and our trash was very over loaded!!

We ❀It and felt like home their. The trash did not run on Tuesday or Thursday that week and we had no where to put our trash.

It was wonderful absolutely beautiful !!!! Beachwalk vacation call center representative help me from beginning to end they all were absolutely amazing and the Beachhouse was nothing but beautiful I am definitely telling other family and friends about nature walk beach walk vacations to make sure they plan a trip we are already looking forward to coming back in the summer of 2019 beach walk vacations thanks for all you did for me and my family !!! Octopus Gardens Rental

The house was perfect! We had a great time! Rode bikes to the beach, played games available at the house, went to the Shard Shop and created art, cooked dinner on the grill provided, went to the beach, shopping etc. Went out to dinner to the many restaurants. The house had a book with many attractions and restaurant suggestions. Very organized and clean. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful property and we liked the location as well.

Excellent week of weather. We enjoyed the property very much, the location and the proximity to the Beach, the Pool, and grocery shopping. It was nice to have access to the bicycles and the beach chairs as well. Great time!

Perfectly relaxing Girls Get Away

So wonderful to spend a relaxing get away at Octopus's Garden that was beautifully appointed with everything we needed, and space to gather & be social as well as bedrooms with plenty of privacy. It was great to be in the area at "off season" winter time & not have to fight crowds when dining out, shopping, and taking in the views. The kitchen and nearby Publix store allowed us to eat-in for breakfast & lunch at our leisure and then we enjoyed trying different restaurants each night for a meal out. I highly recommend a winter get away at Octopus's Garden!

House exceeded expectations and understood the distance to the beach

Had all the extras such as bikes, helmets, beach chairs, etc. A good location to all the 30a amenities and an overall good value.

Beautiful, spacious, and clean

We had the best time staying at Octopus's Garden! It fit our family of 8 adults and 1 child very comfortably, with room to spare! The beds are very comfortable, the front porches are amazing, and we loved using the complimentary beach chairs and bikes. Only a couple of very minor nuisances- the master bedroom on the 2nd floor's breaker tripped frequently throughout the weekend, but was easy to reset. Also the garage door opener takes a few tries each time to get it to work. But we would stay here again in a heart beat! Easy walking distance to the pools and easy drive to 30A and the beach. And we didn't use shuttle because of child with car seat but they will come pick you up from house and drop you off at beach which is very convenient! Thank you for an amazing stay.

This is a great house, beautifully decorated. We where close enough to the beach to ride our bikes. This is a lovely location that is not overly populated. We loved the relaxing setting.

Dream getaway!

I can't begin to explain how amazing Octopus's Garden was! The home itself was so beautiful. Inside and out, everything was so clean and I felt right at home. Any appliance you could ever need was supplied for you, and the home owners even went the extra mile and labeled everything making it very easy to find what I needed! Everything about the house was a dream. Not to mention the location was perfect. The house was so close to plenty of food, stores and a very popular spot, Seaside. For the majority of the trip we rode bikes (they are also provided) to Seaside and watercolor where we relaxed by the beach and ate well. It was by far my favorite place that I have stayed while in Florida and I will most definitely be back!
