**STRICT NO PARTIES RULE**: Avalon Borough has a strict noise code. In the event that our tenants violate that code, we could lose our rental license for 3 consecutive years. If, as a result of your stay, our homes rental license is revoked due to code violation, you and your guests WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR 3 YEARS OF RENTAL INCOME.

*Beds include pillows and comforters. In an effort to streamline our guest's stays, we ask the guests bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Sheets can be rented from Shore Service Linen Rental if needed.

*Notice: Built-in cameras monitor the outdoor spaces around our home for safety and security purposes. Cameras are not monitored in real-time, only for recording in the event of incidents

House was in a great location. walk to beach was a bit longer than expected but doable with plenty of street parking to unload and pick up location to restaurants was awesome Pool was great House could have been a bit cleaner but overall we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location downtown Avalon

Ben was a fantastic Host. Everything was so effortless with the details about the property. Perfect location in Avalon, near all the restaurants and shops and within 2 blocks from the beach. House was spotless. Great rental for the family with a pool.

Best location great house

The house is about as centrally located as it could be, 1-3 blocks to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, pizza, and beach. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable with an amazing pool and was a great place for BBQing. The management is also incredibly responsive and attentive. All in all amazing experience!

Amazing Weekend

The house was just as pretty in person as the pictures showed online! The communication with the host was so quick and helpful, too. The location next to the Princeton was so much fun, and being September and not prime season, it was never too loud or disruptive. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend and rent again!

Cute house, great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute house so convenient on the main street of Avalon, close to restaurants, bars & shops. The house suited our needs very well and the pool was a big plus with young children. The owner was very quick to respond to the few questions we had and very nice. The only recommendation is to fix drawers in the front bedroom and provide more hangers. Also the ice maker needs serviced. Great house for families!

Family beach vacation

Nice house right in town. A little far from the beach but easy access to town, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, etc. Owner is responsive and check-in was simple. I thought the listing was representative of the property. The property interior is very clean with new pool. The outside sitting area can use a little TLC - there were old leaves gathered near the sitting area. Overall very good experience. I would stay there again.

Summary of stay

We had a great time. The location and the pool were the highlights. We are not big TV watchers but not being able to view the local stations was a bit disappointing. The separate living area worked out well for my son and my daughter in law and their 2 yr old although the water temperature was lukewarm. We exchanged the propane tank for a full one. All minor inconveniences but overall we very much enjoyed oyr stay.

Minimul $$$ are spent to maintain or improve this property.

Tom, we waited for you to repair the lock on the exterior door that you told us was broken, but no one ever came. The pool heater was not on during our stay, you listed a heated pool. We were hoping to have the broken window shade on the door replaced and the broken bed exchanged. (Fixed by you with a brick under it.) But no joy on that either. We were disappointed in the quality and condition of the furniture, specifically the couch which sat low on the floor and had broken springs. Also, we point out there were no comfortable chairs to actually sit in included with the home the chairs provided were inadequate. ALL of the furnishings had the feeling that they were all second-hand. We left a day early (two nights out of three due to these) and when leaving for the two days we were there we put our valuables in our cars due to the unit not being secured. We are requesting some compensation for this stay. Tom you said to us: Friday 8:37am "Hi James. We are having issues connecting with the keypad to the back house door lock. The cleaners are going to leave it unlocked for you guys. Do you mind leaving it unlocked whenever leaving the house during your stay so you guys can get back in? The town is extremely safe so no need to worry about anything like that. When inside you are able to lock it from the inside if you would like."

Had a great stay at this very clean very new property. Thanks Tom for being a great host, given the short lead time. Location was very convenient to the shops and restaurants on Dune. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Girls Weekend

This house was perfect for our girls weekend. The location was just as described and was within walking distance to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable for the four of us. Very easy check in and the owner was very helpful prior to our arrival. We would definitely rent again for our annual getaway.

Great location in Avalon

Renovated garage can get a bit warm on hot days— only has window AC units which leave a bit to be desired— but great small but updated beach cottage with a small but nice pool and prime location near Avalon commercial district. Just 3 blocks from beach (but isn’t everywhere in Avalon?!) Responsive landlord

Nice pool and location, not spacious or good value

The pool is very nice. The location is excellent. The owners were responsive. The house is very limited. This is about half the size of a typical "5 bedroom" property in Avalon. Only two of the bedrooms have closets. The back house was not usable during our trip due to some problems with the bathroom and ventilation. This left us with only one bathroom. The A/C is window units, which work well, but the living area of the back house is not cooled at all. We have been renting in Avalon for many summers with our children, and this was our most overpriced experience. Exorbitant price and didn't even get beach tags. Nowhere to hose off your feet from the sand, etc. It's a good house for a group of people who care more about the location and the pool than the living experience.

Nice Property, great location

Property was as advertised. No problems or issues. The new pool was great, and the location is right near everything down town. We very much enjoyed the week!
