The apartment of about 60m² is located in the Residence Le Girondin in Royan opposite the train station.
The property is located on the 3rd floor with elevator of this secure residence. You can accommodate 4 people (however the sofa which can accommodate 2 people is ideal for 1 person).
To the right of the entrance is a separate toilet.
To the left, a fully fitted kitchen equipped with a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven, induction hobs, two coffee makers: a Senseo and a filter coffee maker.
The laundry room is at the back of the kitchen in which you will have access to the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The living room is composed of a dining room with table and chairs as well as a living room with television, sofa bed (ideal for 1 person), fiber internet, board games.
The view from this space overlooks the city.
The room has storage space and a large bed (160 (for 2 people)
Finally, the bathroom (shower) has a hairdryer, a towel dryer and a single sink.
The apartment is decorated with an African note and a desire to escape, you will feel at home very quickly.
The train station is 2 minutes walk away, pizzeria, bakery, couscousserie, pharmacy, mini-market at the foot of the building.
The Grande Conche beach is a 2-minute walk away.

Nocturnal disturbance is punishable by the intervention of the police. Internal rules requiring calm in the Residence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
