Mary: It was an absolute pleasure to have you and your family stay with us as our guests over the past week. You folks were an absolute delight to work with. I’m glad you enjoyed our treat to have the Moko Jumbies performance for you this week and we hope you enjoyed the Sunset cruise with Caribbean Sea adventures as well. We look forward to having you back at our home! We’re doing everything we can to make our property better moving forward. I wish we could’ve given you a late check out, but unfortunately, we have clients coming in back to back for the next 5 weeks with very little time to get the house ready. But, I promise if we didn’t have that we would certainly offer a late check out which we always do when we can. Have a great St. Patrick’s Day weekend and enjoy your trip home! Bob and The Polaris Pointe team - Roosevelt, William, Marc and Owen.

Nate: It was fantastic to have you and your friends stay at the Polaris Pointe on your recent vocation. From the videos and pictures you sent to us, it looks like you guys had a great time and that’s exactly what we look for - we want our clients to come up and have a fantastic time in St. Croix at our villa. It was an absolute pleasure and delight to have you as our guests, and we look forward to having you and your friends come back once again. I’ll returning clients receive a nice discount as well. We’re in the process this month of finishing our putting green and retaining wall and building out a really special area as a driving bay for hitting balls and for photographs to be taken on the south lawn. We will have this project finished by the end of April. M We look forward to having you folks back Nate - along with all your friends! Have a great spring. Bob Deitrick, Owner and Roosevelt Young, Chief Concierge of The Polaris Pointe of St Croix

J: It was a pleasure to have you and your family as our guests. You were an absolute delight to work with, and we would love to have you and your family and your husband come back to see us again. We regret that your trip was altered at the end due to the issue that took place in Venezuela, but we were glad to offer you some extra time so you could reschedule your flights to return home. We look forward to seeing you again, and we hope you’ll consider returning to St. Croix and to perhaps visiting our new property in South called the Polaris Pointe on the Cove in Lake Murray, South Carolina. Have a wonderful week! Bob, Roosevelt and William.

Colleen: Thank you very much for your kind response. It’s always a pleasure to have our guests come and enjoy the house and it really take it in the way that you and your family did. I’m glad that Roosevelt provided you a great experience. He does that for all of our guests. I recognize that the house is getting older and it’s an ongoing issue updating some of the things that need to be addressed overtime but we’re actually visiting the house this week with some colleagues of mine from Ohio and we’re doing some very serious work on improving the southern venue of the house and we’re completing the golf course all the way from the retaining wall down to the steps to the apartment. This new space will add almost 5000 square feet of outdoor living space to the outside of the house as well. We’re also working on updating some of the things that need repair and we appreciate your comments on that as we will definitely be providing some TLC to some of the things you talked about which we want to do. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Again, Colleen, thank you very much for staying with us and we hope you and your family have a wonderful spring and summer. We hope to have you back sometime as well! Bob and Roosevelt, Will and Marc and the entire Polaris Pointe team.

Thank you Micah for your review! It was our pleasure to have had you and your family at The Polaris Pointe. Roosevelt is the best host and property manager in all of the Virgin Islands! We are very fortunate to have him. Have a wonderful holiday! Thank you. 😀 Bob Marc and Roosevelt.

Thank you for your review. It is greatly appreciated. We are glad that you had a wonderful vacation. It was a pleasure to have you as our guests. You apparently told Roosevelt that you had a great time so we were surprised about these concerns but let me address these one by ones: As far as the hot tub cover is concerned, it is not worn. It absorbs water when it rains and it needs to remain heavy intentionally so that it will not blow off when we get high winds. We get some very high winds on top of the hill at times, and the cover has to remain heavy to stay on to protect the hot tub. As far as the Bijou lights around the pool, Roosevelt said you had a problem turning them on one night, but the next day he was able to get them on for you as there were no problems with that light switch. We did have high winds one day when you were there but the very next day Roosevelt and Zach were there to repair the putting green so that was resolved the next morning. We thank you for your feedback and thank you for staying with us. Bob, Roosevelt, Will and the Polaris Pointe Team.

Thank you Mike for your compliments. It was indeed a pleasure to have you and your friends as our guests at The Polaris Pointe! We hope to have you and your friends back sometime soon. We agree with you that we have one of the most beautiful views on the island of St Croix. And sailing out to Buck Island with Cap’n Carl and dining with Keisha at Hamilton’s are two of the most enjoyable experiences on the island as well. We are continuing to strive to become the very best villa in the Virgin Islands. We wish you all the best during the holidays and look forward to seeing you again soon! Bob and Marc and Roosevelt

Thank you very much, Justine for your very kind review. It was an absolute pleasure to have you and your family as our guests at the Polaris Pointe and we look forward to having you back sometime in the near future! We are in the process next month in April of renovating our putting green and we’re extending the retaining wall all the way down to the steps on the southwest corner of the house. The putting Green will be over 3000 ft.² of space all the way to the Cliff of the property. We’re excited to make these changes and also we’re building a new balcony overlooking the Cliff and a driving bay so you can hit golf balls down to what will be a putting green in the valley we have below. We look forward to adding this new addition to our home in April! Again, thank you very much for staying with us and have a wonderful St. Patrick’s Day weekend! Bob, Roosevelt, Will and Marc, the owners of the Polaris Pointe of St. Croix.

Adriana: Thank you very much for your very kind and thoughtful review. It was a pleasure to have you and your family as our guests! You were absolutely fantastic and delightful to work with. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and some of the trips and excursions we were able to set up for you as well. We apologize about when the refrigerator being down, but it went down right before you arrived and sometimes it takes weeks (and even months) to get things shipped down to the Caribbean. Having said that we got the issue taken care of and it looks great now and we appreciate your understanding. We are happy that you enjoyed your vacation and wish you a fantastic finish to the summer! Bob Deitrick and Team Polaris Pointe - Roosevelt and Will and Justin!
