Located less than 10 minutes to Downtown Naples and the Pristine Beaches! This is THE ONE! This impeccably designed and fully renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo offers incredible natural light throughout, a stunning kitchen with large island and plenty of storage, an open and spacious floor plan, gorgeous wrap around balcony with impact resistant windows and sliders. The Amenities include 2 18 hole golf courses (nominal fee for tenant), 9 heated swimming pools, High speed internet, 200 channel television, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, an onsite restaurant/bar clubhouse and so many activities to engage your hobbies.
All new furnishings and decor....be the first to enjoy this unit! Sleeper sofa, 2 twin beds, king in master. Can accommodate up to 4 Guests. (Strict HOA program)

Salty Palm

Condo was clean and comfortable. Was a bit concerned about nearness of road when booking, but no problem, condo was really quiet. The Glades was a lovely community, very friendly and lots to do. Also perfect position for getting around Naples.Dawn was a perfect host, very helpful and friendly, and very quick to answer any questions.

Lovely condo

The condo was clean and nicely appointed. There was everything there we wanted except a bike rack close. The owner was very responsive. The location is close to the club house and pool. Within easy walking distance. The down side is the porch is not screened in so there is little privacy when you sit out to drink your coffee in the morning or have a cocktail at 5:00. Otherwise it was absolutely lovely.

Our stay at The Salty Palm could not have been better. Communication with Dawn was excellent. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Great location in a very nice community. Easy walk to pickleball, the pool and only two miles from downtown Naples.

East Naples. All you could want.

Very clean well aquinted condo. Dawn was very responsive to our needs. The location was great for getting to 5th Ave and other amenities. It was great being able to golf.

Best VRBO Stay Ever!

We loved everything about this condo and the owner. The location is great for exploring beaches from Marco Island to Sanibel, the golf course provides a very affordable opportunity for this time of year, and the condo is decorated beautifully with everything you need in a home away from home. Dawn was a perfect host and a delight to communicate with. We truly hope to be able to return some day!

A perfect place to stay!

Loved this cozy home with all new furnishings. It is thoughtfully equipped with everything you will need for a day at the beach, cooking and dining at home, or a night in with a nice glass of wine or cocktails. We worked during our stay and had great, high speed connection. It is a really good community for tennis or golf lovers where you can easily find partners and make friends. You have a choice of many pools (we thought the smaller ones are even nicer than the main one. ) Shopping is close by and the downtown area and the Gulf are a short drive away. The community and neighbors are welcoming and friendly and Dawn is a super attentive host who will ensure your satisfaction and comfort.

We recently purchased our home in Naples, Latitude Adjustment, which has been our haven for some Southwest Florida living and experiencing the amazing sights that it has to offer. As we explore the scene more, we would love to offer you our insight on where to go and what to do. Having spent the last 10 years visiting Naples, we are so proud to finally call it our home away from home.

Enjoy the amenities, make some new friends - the community is so darn friendly! Play some games, golf a bit and enjoy the breeze that flows through this property as if you were truly on island time. But come - come see Naples - get out of the cold! And remember - we would love to have repeat guests or referrals from you! Call The Salty Palm your home for a bit - well, at least 30 days (minimum) and see what Florida living is all about.
