A historic house that was originally a hotel, restaurant, and grocery store located in the charming village of Saint-Honorine-des-Pertes, 10 minutes from the D-Day beaches, on the road to Omaha Beach.<br>The recently renovated property has retained its charm while offering high-quality amenities. A lovely outdoor area with trees and a barbecue will let you enjoy some pleasant moments.<br>The property<br>The first floor features a 30m² living room with a large sofa and a family-sized table, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a beautiful outdoor area nicely decorated with tables, chairs, a barbecue, and lounge chairs.<br>Upstairs, there are two beautiful bedrooms with high-quality bedding:<br>- Bedroom 1: 1 bed measuring 160×200.<br>- Bedroom 2: 2 beds measuring 80×200 that can be converted into a 160×200 bed.<br>Bedroom 2 also has an armchair that can be used as an extra bed.<br>Also upstairs, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet.<br>The beds will be made upon your arrival, and bath towels and dish towels will be provided.<br>The rate also includes access to the washing machine and dryer.<br>We also provide you with basic essentials to get you started on your stay, such as coffee, oil, pepper, and salt.<br>The house is located a 5-minute walk from the ocean, 15 minutes from Bayeux, and 5 minutes from Port-en-Bessin and its shops.<br>Saint-Honorine-des-Pertes is a small town steeped in history, with direct access to the sea, located between Port-en-Bessin and the D-Day beaches.<br>There are many activities to enjoy during your stay, such as the Omaha Golf Course (3 minutes away), water sports, paragliding, horseback riding, and bike trails.
