Located on a quiet cul-de-sac tucked away in the trees. Sound-front beach access just a two-minute walk away. Close to great restaurants, shopping and of course THE BEACH!

Please Read:

**This home is a duplex style layout, your rental is located on the ground level of the home. The cool thing is there is no one above you except a deck and that deck is blocked off for no use to the other apartment. Your apartment is 100% private for you and not shared with anyone. The other apartment is also rented on Airbnb or VRBO so feel free to reach out to us if you need a larger apartment!

**There is an exterior security camera on this property.

CHECK OUT AND CHECK IN:

- Check In is at 4:00 PM. If our cleaners finish the home early we will send you the check in information as soon as the house is ready. We can not guarantee the home will be ready early or a specific check in time. Please plan accordingly!

- Check Out is at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately in order to get the home ready for the next guest in a timely manor we are unable to accommodate any late check outs. In addition our cleaners do charge infraction fees if they need to wait on guests to leave past 10:00 AM

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

HOW FAR IS THE BEACH?
- The beach just a few blocks from the house so it is definitely within walking distance, however, we always recommend driving as you do have to cross one busier street. There are several free parking beach accesses within a 2 minute drive. Also, we provide 2 beach chairs so it is a bit easier to take everything to the beach via car!

IS THERE A GRILL?
- Unfortunately No. Due to wind we do not allow grills.

WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?
- Beach Towels.
- Additional coffee and paper products that you may need outside of what we provide.
- Any additional items you may need that we do not provide.

ARE THERE ANY RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE?
- Trio, our favorite wine and cheese bar is just up the street within walking distance! They offer wine, beer, cheese, tapas, and sandwiches.
- There are many well known restaurants within a five minute drive from the home including: Barefoot Bernies, Black Pelican, and Hurricane Mos.

DO YOU HAVE A TEA POT?
- Unfortunately No :/ But the Keurig can brew a cup of hot water for you to steep tea in!
