This elegant 5-Bedroom / 4-Bathroom home can sleep as many as 20 people for the ultimate southern Utah getaway! The master bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the next bedroom hosts a queen bed. Next, there is a queen bedroom with an attached bathroom! The kids will love sleeping in the bunk room with 6 full beds and can sleep as many as 12 people. Lastly, there is a king bedroom that shares a bathroom with the hallway. With countless amenities and endless opportunities for exploration, Escondido Escape will be a favorite vacation destination for years to come!

Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Nice at the pool.We were out all day traveling and hiking and sight seeing. Unless you have your own tv subscription that you can access from their tv’s, all there is is LG channels. No live local channels. After driving all day it would have been nice to sit down and watch a baseball game or a football game at night.

Weekend Getaway

weekend soccer tournament..needed to stay longer on the day we checked out, they allowed us an extra hour to allow for us to attend the soccer game, then check out.

Clean, affordable, and inviting

We had a family group of 21 and this property was plenty big. The kids LOVED the kid room and all of the bunk beds. Very clean and communication with the property management group was excellent. The only draw back was the construction but that will go away with time. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fun family time

Very clean and well stocked! Plenty of room for all of us. Basketball and ping pong in the garage was really fun. Great place to take walks and easy hikes. Thank you for checking in with us and making sure we had all we needed!😊

Great place to stay!

The house had everything we needed. It was clean, the layout was nice, we had space for everyone and it wasn't far from stores or shops. The owners were responsive, helpful and very kind. The pool was clean, kept up and accommodated our little ones as well as our teenagers. They loved the pickle ball courts. They might have stayed on them all day long if not for the St. George heat. We had a blast and can't wait to return. Thanks so much!

Very nice

Super organized and clean! Host reached out to us as we went through the weekend to make sure we checked in ok and if we needed anything! They also reached out when we were checking to make sure we knew what we needed. They were easy to get ahold of if we had any questions! Very very nice!

May 12-16 stay

Everything was perfect. The children wanted to "stay here forever". The upstairs living room was the perfect place for nightly Mario Cart challenge with 7 people on the sofa. The pickle ball courts are high quality. The paved trails actually go under the highway and the freeway to numerous mountain biking trails with amazing scenery. This is a very comfortable property with all needs covered.

Something For Everyone

Excellent Review Title Something For Everyone Your Comments We absolutely enjoyed staying at this property! From the fully-appointed kitchen to the roomy bedrooms to the surprise ping pong table in the garage, our family of various ages was happily accommodated. Along with on-property pickleball courts (which we fully enjoyed), we had access to the nearby community center with a lap pool, splash area for kids with dump buckets and an epic slide, and a basketball court. We also noticed the beginnings of a pool being installed next to the on-property pickleball courts and can't wait to come back to enjoy having that, too, as it will be just a short walk across the street. For those who just wanted to relax, there was a nice patio in the back yard. Each of the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and TVs. The bathrooms were big and bright with plenty of room to spread out toiletries. We all agreed that the condo was well decorated without being overwhelmed with knickknacks which inevitably get moved or broken. Because of this, we felt free to spread out and feel at home. The location is also perfect. We were within minutes to nearby shopping, gas, groceries and trails. Overall, each person in our party gave two thumbs up. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy all St. George has to offer.

Great thanksgiving

We meet with our extended family for thanksgiving and this house was by far the best. Everyone in my family loved it and it worked perfectly for my family, and they loved the amenities

Our ladies soccer team thoroughly enjoyed our stay. These houses are perfect for a large group. It has plenty of kitchen amenities, televisions everywhere and close to many varied outdoor activities.

Second year same spot

9 members of senior mens volleyball tram enjoyed our stay for the second year in a row. Its great for anytime, just dont book it during the Huntsman game cause then it's "our home".

This house was perfect for our family get-away. Plenty of room for everyone, very well equipped for all our cooking needs, and the beds are soooo comfy! The ping pong table in the garage was a BIG hit. Will definitely stay here again soon. Thanks for help making our trip so great!

Easter weekend

We had a great time. Loved the house and pool. Neighborhood is a little busy due to so many rentals, which made walks/strolls not super safe. Other than that, we had a wonderful easter weekend.

Fabulous House and Amenities! Can't wait to stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The new pool and lazy river are so fun and HEATED all winter! The house is spacious with lots of seating inside and out, and plenty of fun things to do! This place is perfect for a large group and has a fully functioning kitchen, including all of the gadgets you might need! Perfect for groups with kids or adults only! We can't wait to escape the cold and go back to sunny St George/Washington soon!
