Sea Salt Cottage is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath open concept home on a wide canal with direct access to the ocean. Guests will enjoy the outdoor living space with heated pool and the largest tiki hut/outdoor living area in the area with an occasional visit from manatee that shelter in the canal. The outdoor space boasts an additional dining area and large sectional couch along with poolside loungers. Coastal cottage decor throughout the inside of the home provides the backdrop for a relaxing atmosphere and the large gathering spaces, both indoor and outdoor, provide an opportunity for guests to create lifetime memories.

Very beautiful home and very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The house has easy access to fishing and lobster. We will for sure want to come back next year.

Great keys home

Great home on the water. Stayed for a week with the family. Had our boat in the back yard. Perfect location, clean, friendly owners. It was exactly what we were looking for.

The trip went perfectly, the home is beautiful and easy to access via boat. The hosts were there to accept delivery of some new furniture and they were the nicest people. We will definitely be back.

Keys vacation

Great location. Hosts are very nice and accommodating. The place has plenty of room. Nicely appointed. The pool and Tiki are a great way to relax and enjoy the sea breezes. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it

Great family vacation in the Keys!

We had a great time and Rhonda was a great host. Anything that came up she immediately replied and helped. The house was very well stocked for everything we needed. Would stay again!

Wonderful Stay!

Highly recommend. Clean, convenient drive to restaurants and stores. Host reached out personally to ask if we needed anything. Top 5 places I’ve stayed at and I travel for a living. Will be booking again next year.

Perfect family getaway

Beautiful place and a perfect setting. The property was as listed, clean and very well maintained. Close proximity to the beach and restaurants by car and a short walk to Dunkin’ Donuts which we walked to every morning. We seen manatees almost every day!! Rhonda was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here. And don’t forget the heated pool!!

Paradise

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The outside patio and pool was wonderful too. We got to see the manatees outlook which we throughly enjoyed watching ! When we come back to the Keys we will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Keys house for a Perfect Keys Vacation

This property was extremely clean and well appointed. The pool was perfect to cool off and relax in. The HUGE covered patio was the STAR of the trip. There was always a cool breeze to be enjoyed under the shade of the enormous lanai! The owners were super helpful, friendly and down to earth. We WILL be back!

Great Rental!

This house was exactly as listed! There was plenty of towels and kitchen items. The pool area was spacious and relaxing! The caretaker Jim was very nice and informative about the area. Rhonda was a pleasure to deal with! Would definitely stay here again!!!

The keys!

This house is a very nice place to stay. It is clean and in good condition. The owners were great to deal with. The location was great for boating with quick access to the ocean (just follow the well marked stakes through the shallows and you will be fine with any sized boat). We will definitely be back!

Paradise in Marathon

We had an amazing time staying at the waterfront Keys cottage! The home was nicely updated, comfortable beds, clean and had all the supplies we needed, LOVED the pool and tiki hut and having our boat our back was even better! Only a few houses away from the Ocean! We had several friendly visitors every morning and afternoon- MANATEES! Hosts were very responsive. If we had a question, they responded right away! We were sad to leave and will definitely be back next year! (We didn’t take a lot of photos bc we were too busy relaxing!) The Keys is our ‘Happy Place’!

Roomy, relaxing, and with manatees!

We had a delightful stay at Sea Salt Cottage. The rooms are large, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the tiki hut and pool are great for reading and relaxing. There's some construction taking place on the other side of the canal, but the occasional noise wasn't bothersome. We were especially thrilled to see manatees in the canal -- they may have been the highlight of our trip. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Fabulous vacation rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Salt cottage. Rhonda was quick to respond to any questions or for dining recommendations which were also listed in the welcome pkg. Florida Steak and Lobster was our favorite! Easy check in and clean. We loved the Tiki hut and pool. Perfect for our 23 ft boat with easy access to Atlantic or gulf if you prefer. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. Bonus access to garage to keep our boating/fishing stuff. Bait freezer was great. We will definitely return. Thank you again Rhonda for hosting us!

Sea salt cottage

Alot of small trash front yard. No curtains or privacy in kitchen and living room. had to wait for cleaning lady at check in. Cleaning lady was dropped off 1hr 10min before check out and was standing outside with her equipment.

Wonderful Experience at Sea Salt Cottage!!

Sea Salt Cottage is a fabulous house on a beautiful canal leading into the Atlantic Ocean. The pictures don't show all the beauty in this house. My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. We brought our boat along with us and the docking area was great with a cleaning station. There were beach chairs and a cooler for us to use also. The accommodation of this home is amazing. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything that is needed. The owner responded quickly to our questions. Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Sea Salt Cottage. We would surely rent Sea Salt Cottage on our next trip to the Keys. 5 Stars

Amazing vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation to the Keys with our 4 young children. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Rhonda was a fantastic host and very helpful with suggestions on places to visit and things to do. The kids saw manatees each morning and loved swimming in the pool. As a family we went bridge fishing, saw sea turtles and manatees, participated in a dolphin encounter, day trip to Key West, snorkeled at Horseshoe Beach, relaxed on Sombrero Beach and enjoyed some delicious seafood. Publix and Winn Dixie are also close to the house. Overall this was our best family vacation so far! The house was perfect for our family and in the middle of the Keys so it was close to everything. We did not want to come home and can't wait to visit again!

Great Keys Home

This is a great "Keys" house for 2 families. A total of 8 people, ages 10 to 45. We had plenty of room inside and out. Washer & dryer worked great. All the beds we're ever comfortable. And kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The pool was extra nice especially because the ocean was too cold to enjoy since we where there for New Years. We brought our own boat which is a must for us. I dont think I would even want to go without one. Boat Rentals are everywhere there. The fishing was great. We saw a ton of dolphin while out fishing and a Manatee showed up on our last day. He was huge! Which made our trip that much worth it. We went to eat by boat at Burdines. I highly recommend this place. It was delicious. I wouldn't change a thing. Rhonda was wonderful to work with. I couldn't ask for anyone better. Thanks again for letting us rent your home. 😍

Disappointed

No sleep. Motion cameras on all night and when we tried to cover them, we were told not to. There was also some sort of critter living above the Master Bath that made noise all night long. The pebble rocks are a horrible idea for that setting as they were unavoidably tracked everywhere including on our boat. The lighting in the kitchen and living room was very bad almost prohibiting business work from being done. Very strict rules, expensive for a 2 star place. I would suggest having an ice machine for avid fisherman and boaters which this house caters to. Location is awesome, however the shallow canal offers some challenges during low tide.

This house is fabulous! Absolutely spotless and the hosts are attentive and responsive to all inquiries. We have rented several houses in the past and this is by far one of the best!

Epic Getaway

This was the perfect house! Extremely clean and equipped. We enjoyed spending most of our time at home under the huge tiki outback and in the pool. Perfect breeze from oceanside. We brought a 25' and 38' boat and had no problems docking or with low tide if you follow the markers and get on a plane. We were able to come in on our 38' with triples at -.18 low tide. The hosts are very accomodating, personable and friendly. Can't wait to return!
