Beachfront Mayan Princess Heated Pool + Kiddie Pool, 75" TV, Blackout curtains

Mayan Princess is a beachfront community with 3 pools (Kiddie, Heated*, and Cabana), hot tub, volleyball, horseshoes and ping pong. Built in 1984 with concrete bunker-style construction, stucco exterior; the original condos have saltillo tile, creating a Mexican aesthetic. The property boasts a short beach boardwalk; whereas most condos have much longer walkways. The walk is well lit at night and has a shower station. At the end of the walk, there are steps to the sand. Lobby hrs 8-8
Located 5 miles south of Port A. Amenities include a large spa, sand volleyball, horseshoes & ping pong. 4 beach chairs included. The Mayan Princess has a strict no pets policy. The community is extremely popular with families.

Unit 101 is a 2bed 2 bath 1st floor end unit with a dunes view. There are 8 steps from parking to door (we also have a wooden ramp) and zero steps inside the condo. We also have a ramp for wheel chair or beachwagon access. Many guests appreciate this specific location, as it is more private (people do not walk by your patio) and there are no elevators to contend with.
The living area is 22' wide and has a spacious feel w/ a 6 person sectional, recliner and 75" TV. The sofa is not a sleeper, but it is very comfortable for sleeping. If you choose to sleep on the sofa, plan to bring bedding from home as our laundry capacity is limited.
Both bedrooms(one king, one queen) have plush memory foam mattresses and blackout curtains, High chair, pack'n play and a twin rollaway.
The primary suite is private (it's down a long hall from the 2nd bedroom) and has a large tub/shower which is open to the bedroom, we have added curtains for more privacy while showering. The vanity and commode is behind the corner and not in a separate room.
Technology includes Spectrum Select cable, 500 mbps Wifi, and the 3 TVs have Roku (you can stream Spectrum content or log into your subscriptions). *Heated pool is heated seasonally and at the discretion of management. Please check with your host or Mayan's front desk for more details. *STR 302590

This place was perfect

The apartment was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The location was the perfect distance, access-wise, from the pool and beach (close enough for convenience but far away from any potential late night celebrants).

Beachy Paradise

After a difficult year for our family this is exactly what we needed!! If I could give 10 I would! The condo is very roomy, clean, accommodating and adorably decorated! Cute beach charm. Just steps from the resort pools and beach. Erinn was awesome and we had every amenity you would need. Will come back!

Amazing!!!!

We are return visitors to the Mayan Princess and we will continue to be return visitors every time we come to Port Aransas. Our property manager was awesome about communicating with us and telling us about different events going on that we might enjoy. I highly recommend the Mayan Princess to anyone that would like a comfortable stay and friendly property managers. Thank you for the amazing trip that we will remember for a lifetime!!!!

Quiet place

Nice place to go if you want peace and quiet. If you want to be busy go to the pool or the beach. Both are very nice.

Perfect family getaway

Perfect condo for our family! We loved the first floor easy access to the pool/beach. The couch was great for fitting the whole family- both for tv time as well as sleeping as it easily slept two kids. We intentionally picked a unit with 4 bar stools- to seat our 4 kids. The kitchen had a great selection of quality pots, pans, appliances, etc to cook with which we really appreciated. Large fridge. Comfortable beds. Quiet unit since it’s on the end without many neighbors. Super easy access from the parking lot. Owner was very responsive and helpful- both with booking and during our stay. Thank you! I fully anticipate that we will come back!!!

Great condo!

Let me start by saying how great it was to work with Erinn! She was very pleasant and quick to respond to our messages. The condo was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. We loved being able to walk out the back door and be on the beach in a few minutes. The location was perfect for our vacation. We were close enough to drive to some attractions but far enough to truly enjoy our family vacation.

Best bang for the buck.

It was a good stay, they do have a ramp upto the room i was pleased to see. I feel like I over packed they had plenty of cleaning supplies ect. Back patio was better than the pictures. And master bedroom gets super dark with the window treatments great for sleeping in. I would recommend losing the stainless steel cookware and add some retractable lines in the tub areas for extra clothes drying. Schlitterbahn had a cool setup. But thats all I can pick on.

Perfect getaway for a girl’s trip!

My girlfriends and I had a great time! The condo was bright, open, spacious, and clean and just steps away from the pool and beach! Erinn was very accommodating and quickly responded to any questions we had before and during our stay. We would definitely come back here for future trips! ☺️

Month stay

The property was as pictured. It was steps from the beach and there are 3 pools- 1 which is heated. Erinn was responsive and the property met our needs for a month away from the Midwest winter. The only downside is the property is a drive from both Port A and Corpus Christi. It’s an easy drive, but just know that its about 10 miles to Port A and 15-20 miles from most things in Corpus Christi. I would recommend this listing.

Great location, Awesome condo!

What a great location, the beach was much less crowded here than where we have stayed before. We were the only ones on the beach for several of the days of our stay. This condo is so easy to get in and out of. You can walk out the back door and down a path right to the pools, then over the boardwalk on to the beach. The accommodations were great, comfortable beds, big TV’s in every room, and a very informative host.

Quiet,clean and convienent

Ground floor , end unit. Property was quiet and so was the beach. Wasn’t overcrowded. Convienent to to town and beach access was just walking over the boardwalk . The unit we stayed in was clean . The owner of the unit was easily accessible when needed. We will be staying here again . Teenagers had a blast .

OUTSTANDING!!

I really cant say enough about the entire experience. The property was amazing. Clean, elegant and extremely well decorated. Nothing was cheap. NOTHING. Even the knife sets and cookware were of very good quality. The property manager is obviously more concerned about providing for her visitors than turning a buck. I spoke with her directly and was extremely impressed with her concern for our stay. Very few people in the world left like her. I could go on and on easily but I won't. I can assure you my next trip will be booked in one of her properties.

Hello all! I'm your host Erinn! I gave up my sales and marketing career when we started our family in 2005. My husband and I have always loved Port Aransas, so in 2011, we purchased a townhome that we could share with others as a vacation rental. Then, as most owners do, we hired a local property manager.

As our daughters grew, I missed the social interaction from my career. We decided I should jump in and try self-managing. I enjoyed it so much, that since that time, we've added 3 homes to our portfolio. We warmly welcome you and take pride in being a small part of your family memories.

Secluded area 5 miles south of Port Aransas, 7 miles North of N. Padre, this stretch of beach is usually quieter, less traffic.

This is a great building, condos are more spread apart, there are privacy "walls" between patios, you'll love the short beach walk to the sand.
