Beautiful split bedroom plan, 1 bedroom with queen bed at the front of the condo full bath then down the hall will be laundry leading down to the kitchen, fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel, Living room has a queen sleeper sofa and the master is suited with a King bed to enjoy while looking out onto the beach!

Parking pass and armbands will need to be purchased separately via the Park N Spot link that will be sent to you upon booking.

All guests over the age of 18 will need id.

Great view and nicely renovated/decorated. You do have to pay 50 for parking (for your whole stay) and 6/per person for the pool (for your whole stay). There are a lot of pool rules (like can’t throw any balls, make sure if you bring your own music it’s turned down low, no drinks in or near the pool on the side, small kids have to take a break every hour for 10 mins, etc.)—Great location and very nice amenities overall—we def enjoyed our stay and the view is AMAZING!!! And the elevators are quick so you’re not waiting on them for long (some ppl we met in the lobby said they have stayed other places where they would wait 20 minutes to take the elevator!)—We def look forward to staying again!!!

Annual May Getaway

We have stayed at this condo multiple times and have enjoyed it so much. The condo is always clean and well stocked with essentials. We are looking forward to our next visit already.

I took my own cast iron skillet, but otherwise the kitchen was well appointed. The pool was great. The hot tubs were not hot and the jets didn't work. I've stayed at the Boardwalk many times, this is one of the nicest units I've stayed in there.

Second time to stay at this lovely condo. It’s incredibly clean and stocked with everything you would need. Owners are delightful to communicate with. Close to attractions, golf and restaurants. Love that it’s on the 20th floor. Elevators are fast!

LOCATION PERFECT

Property was as listed. Location is perfect! King size bed (comfortable)with an amazing view. Condo was clean and comfortable . Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out, move around, or have alone time. Check in was easy. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo on quiet spot in PCB! Close to restaurants and really nice resort. Only complaint- shower leaks badly- have extra towels for that! Otherwise a terrific stay!

Home away from home

We were in town for a baseball tournament and stayed at this condo. The owner was very responsive and condo was exactly as listed. We enjoyed the location as it was away from chaos. There was a direct access to the beach and plenty of amenities and parking.

Pamie, I am sorry you were not able to figure out the television in the bedroom or the shower or toilet. I had to send maintenance to plunge the toilet for you and to take apart our glass shower door after your forced it Into the shower instead of pulling it towards you. Other than that I hope the rest of your trip was great!

Perfect vacation condo

The condo was just perfect. You could see the care and detail the owners put into making the condo feel like a beach home. Had everything you needed. I especially loved the floor to ceiling bedroom wi dows which allowed for an amazing Gulf Coast view while lying in bed each morning. Very lovely condo highly recommend and surely will visit again. Thank you for a much needed vacation experience.

Great Spot! Close to virtually everything

The property was well kept, and within 20 minutes of mostly everything you would want to do while vacationing. Small issue checking in, but it was quickly remedied, and we were right in. You will need to buy more TP if you plan to stay a while, only one roll is provided. Other than that, the stay was great, and my family and I will definitely be going back.

Beautiful Condo

This condo has everything you’d ever want! It’s beautifully decorated; has a complete kitchen; 20th floor so a gorgeous view; and responsive hosts. Had trouble with the tv in the Master Bedroom but the host did what she could to get it resolved. We’d highly recommend this condo!!

20th Floor Views

Great unit, clean and ready on check in. The view was great and the elevator fast to get you up there. Was disappointed we had to pay an additional $50+ for an extra parking pass especially when the condo was more than half empty during our stay. The pool is great and the beer (30A) at the tiki hut was even better.

Updated condo

Beautifully updated condo in the Boardwalk! Was worried about the high floor but view was still fantastic! Had extra beach chairs and sand toys in the condo and plenty of kitchen supplies to cook a few meals, which was great. Floor needed mopping when we got there, other than that everything was good. Check-in and communication with the host was super quick and easy. We love Boardwalk. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great Stay

Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and pans. Love the black out curtains. Master bed is nice. Place very clean. They provide exactly what they tell you on the check in info sheet and it is definitely average quality. This place is nice, and I think anyone can enjoy their stay there especially being aware of expectations. We purchased 2 beach chairs and umbrella that we left. There are also 4 camping chairs and some beach toys.

Beautiful property just needs some help

The condo was beautifully decorated and updated. There were a couple cons for us though.. Unfortunately, only scratched up Teflon pans were provided for cooking which made it very difficult to prepare meals for my family. All the lights including the lamps were blindingly bright white fluorescent bulbs

Love!

We have stayed at Boardwalk Beach Resort two times now and love it every single time. This unit in particular so far is our favorite. It's beautiful, just as pictured and we had no complaints. We had family staying in another unit on another floor and they kept coming to ours, mentioning how comfortable and homey it felt and how beautiful it was. The bed in the master suite is the best. The older I get the more mattresses and pillows matter, and I was surprised at just how perfect this bed and the pillows were. No complaints at all. The property owner was easy to get a hold of when two minor issues came up. We would definitely stay here again. It's a lovely place.

Beautiful Views

Absolute amazing place to stay! The unit is decorated magnificently and the resort workers are great. Everything was just as listed if not better. We have stayed in several places and struggled to learn what we needed and what was provided. This place is stocked to easily prepare meals, enjoy your first few days without having to rush to a store. Tiki bar has great food. The wristbands were not loved until we figured out the importance of staying in a place that enforced them. We appreciated them greatly!!! Grounds were kept clean, everyone was kind, and personable. We enjoyed the night swims and hot tub soaks…but watching women’s basketball playoffs were the highlight! Communication with hosts went better than we ever could have imagined. Quick responses and extremely accommodating. Walking distance to several shops and restaurants. But zero need to leave the resort really. We enjoyed exploring State Parks and found quickly that this resort is located in a much better area for families. Definitely look forward to returning.

Nice resort not so clean condo

The condo we rented was updated and nice furniture and decor. Cleaning service did not do well at all. Splattered grease on kitchen cabinets, dirty sinks and mirror with toothpaste splatter in bathroom, dust hanging off ceiling fans, sand all over coffee table in living room, ashes on balcony, washer and dryer need cleaning, kitchen floor sticky. Do not expect even a salt and pepper shaker in kitchen. Nothing there other than dishes. Master bedroom mattress needs replacing it sinks in the middle. Also note that you only get 1 parking pass and an extra one cost $55.

Robin, I am shocked to hear this as I was not notified at any time about any issues nor was the cleaning crew who leaves their contact information on the refrigerator or they would have been taken care of immediately. The reason there is no salt/pepper shaker in the kitchen is for the safety of others. I will check on the mattress but I have had no previous complaints and I understand everyone likes their mattress a little different than each other. In the information on the condo it states that the condo comes with 1 parking pass and up to 6 armbands, and yes any additional have to be purchased. I hope your stay in PCB was amazing otherwise.
