3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 7!

All new stainless steel appliances (microwave, stove, refrigerator) in the kitchen, 6 seats in the dining room, and all the kitchen utensils needed for enjoying home cooked meals. Please note there is no dishwasher.

Living room has couches and a TV with Roku connection for streaming your own devices. FAST WIFI throughout the home. When its cooler, light a fire in the rustic iron stove, wood provided!

Outdoor: Outdoor is where its happening! Enjoy the lovely outdoor space with large side yard, deck, a gas grill, large picnic table, and Adirondack chairs for lounging. There is a rope swing and a smaller deck that overlooks a pond. We also have a back den for the kids to play games and watch TV. The coolest part are the funky metal sculptures that are artwork by the original owner.

Parking: Parking for up to 4 cars!

Two full bathrooms, one on each floor. Downstairs bathroom has a full tub/shower combo and the upstairs bathroom is Jack And Jill style in-between the two bedrooms and has a shower, no tub.

Downstairs bedroom: one queen bed
Upstairs bedroom 1: one queen size bed
Upstairs bedroom 2: one double and one twin size bed

Owner's childhood home, the artwork and sculptures are the original owners, a collection reflects a man who loved to read, loved Cape Cod and Brooklyn where he grew up.

Brewster Fish House is 5 minute walk.
JTs for fried fish and ice cream, one mile away
El Guapo, Mexican with outside seating.
Snowy Owl, cutest café with el fresco dining, breakfast and lunch.

Great playground at Eddy school which is walking distance. Cape baseball league play in Brewster, very close to house.

Big field right next to house for baseball or soccer or running your toddler.

Brewster ladies library and UU church ( both walking distance from house) have kids events.

Cape Cod Museum Of Natural History nearby is great for rainy day and also great hike out to beautiful bay beach.

Great shopping in Brewster at antique shops and lemon tree shops.

Under 1 mile to Breakwater Beach: brisk walk or there is a parking lot but fills up quick during the summer months.

Other Things to Note:
All guests to agree to our rental agreement within 24 hours of booking.

Fines will be assessed, sometimes over your security, if you do not abide by the following rules:
- Please be mindful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a normal level, reducing noise after 9:00pm, and not lingering in front of the entrance.
-All guests must be indoors and off any exterior spaces by 9:30PM. Our exterior video camera may be checked to confirm this rule is being followed. Tampering with the video camera is subject to a fine.
-No additional guests without host approval
-No parties or events. Fines assessed for additional cleaning, trash removal and property damage. A party is grounds for termination of stay and immediate removal with no refund.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and within 50ft of the outside. After 9PM only one person should be outside smoking at one time.
-Up to two dogs allowed, $50 per dog. Dogs must be at lease 1 year old. Sorry no puppies!
-No packages may be sent to the house without host approval
-No refunds to be given for shortened stays or given for any cable or internet WI-FI, heat, cooling, or power outages.

If you are booking through VRBO: You agree that The Host will charge your card for the full payment of the stay 24 hours after booking. Any payments by VRBO (service fees) will be charged separately.

No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
