Welcome to Your Sun Valley Getaway!

If you’re looking for sleek, modern furniture and swanky vibes, we might not be your pick—and that’s okay! What we do offer is a clean, well-maintained, and affordable spot that puts you right in the heart of all the action. Think great value, unbeatable location, comfortable space and a relaxed vibe perfect for making the most of your time in Sun Valley and Ketchum.

Our cozy condo is close to everything: walk to downtown Ketchum, the Sun Valley Village, or hop on the free Mountain Shuttle across the street to hit the ski bases and local attractions. You’ll also love the stunning balcony views of Bald Mountain and the free amenities that come with your stay.

Note: From April - July there will be construction in the parking lot of the buildings. There may be some additional daytime noise. Parking will still be available, but maybe not available directly in front of building. We are discounting our summer rates to reflect this inconvenience.

Here’s the setup:
• 1 bedroom + private loft, 2 baths: The main bedroom has its own bathroom, and the loft offers a private bathroom and big closet. Bonus: the main floor sofa pulls out for extra sleeping space.
• Well-stocked kitchen: Cook your favorites—we’ve got everything you’ll need.
• Extras galore: Triple-sheeted bedding for extra cleanliness, a stackable washer and dryer, free parking, and even outside bike parking.

What makes this spot even sweeter:
• Free golf! Enjoy up to 4 rounds daily at Bigwood Golf Course during late spring, summer, and fall (carts/rentals extra). In 2025 this is subject to availability as the course is experienceing an major upgrade.
• YMCA access included: Pools, hot tub, gym, climbing wall, and more!
• Balcony views that’ll make you want to stay forever.

Great location for skiing!

We were able to be in between baldy Mountain and dollar Mountain. This property allows you to access both within minutes.

Great for a ski vacation!

I'm sure this place would be nice in the summer (golf access), but our stay was in the winter - bus stop to get downtown or to Sun Valley resort, or to the ski hill is right across the street. Condo was very clean, kitchen was adequately stocked, view was good! Lots to like about this condo!

Visit Ketchum for Wintwr Fun

We were very pleased with this property. Clean, quiet, convenient location to town, groceries, the Harriman Trail, Galena, and points north. Would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and would stay again!

First Condo was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the laundry worked well! The WiFi worked perfectly and the instructions to logon were accurate. The condo was located in BigWood and for our first time to Sun Valley, we felt it was a great location to everything. The skiing was awesome and Galena Lodge for snowshoeing was great for a day off from skiing.Overall, we felt it was well priced, comfortable, and a great location! We highly recommend.

Love Bigwood!

We own one of the Bigwood timeshares and have been coming to Sun Valley for almost 40 years. We rented the extra unit to give us more room - it worked out perfectly.

Gravel biking getaway

This unit did the trick for the 4 of us on our gravel biking getaway. The building/unit are a bit dated but it was clean and spacious. The only complaint really was the comfort of the pull-out couch, but when are those things ever comfortable to sleep on? Fairly reasonably priced by Ketchum standards. I'd stay there again with friends. Might look for something slightly nicer if doing a trip with my spouse.

Dated, but functional

When someone owns rental property & is never onsite themselves, it shows. Bulb in refrigerator was blown out & refrigerator was set too low and froze all our food, milk, lettuce, etc. Plug was missing in bath tub. Wifi name & password on framed document on wall was old & wrong.

I thought it was an incredibly beautiful and such a quiet location. Unfortunately, the night we arrived we found that there was no bedding for the pull-out couch, not even a bottom sheet. It was difficult to figure out bedding and when I asked at the office the next day, all they brought me was sheets but still no blanket. Since we had registered 6 guests, I felt like that was unacceptable. Everything else was fantastic.

Clean and great location but dated

This is a great and beautiful location - easy and quick to town and to Warm Springs. Nice view out main window. Host was super quick to respond and very nice to work with. Condo entrance is on second floor. Very little space for 5 people’s snowy boots and skis and ski stuff after bringing it all upstairs. (Would be great if there were some ski lockers under the stairs!) Pictures make it look lighter and brighter - it felt darker. I had a hard time with lighting in the main bedroom - could use more/better lighting. Luggage racks would also be a great addition! Living area could use ottomans for relaxing. The leather chairs in the pictures were not in the condo - so sleeps 6 but living area seats 5. Check in was a little frustrating in that I walked down to the property manager office to check in (before our check in time) and sign paperwork. But they said I had to come back later to get the code to access the condo. The office is out of the way so this was a pain - not sure why they couldn’t just text me the code at check in time or when the condo was ready. Upgrading the quality of toilet paper and tissue would be a plus!

Everything was great about our stay and our host was very agreeable to our needing to shorten our stay by a day (refunded that day's fees). My only negative input was that we ate in on a couple of the days and it would have been nice to have some type of plastic or glass storage containers, saran wrap or ziplock bags for leftover food storage.

Get away

Great stay. Quick car ride to a lot of attractions. Not staying in downtown isn't an issue in Ketchum since you need to drive to most places. We loved staying here and would do it again.

We have lived all over this country (California, Nevada, Oklahoma, Michigan and Utah. We are outdoor enthusiasts and need to be close to adventure. We have decided to make the West our home. There is so much to do. We have 4 kids who beg to go on any vacation that doesn't include hiking, too bad kids, its probably not going to happen.

This properties location is what keeps us here. We have loved bringing our children to the Sun Valley Area each year. We hope to share our favorite spot with you. You will be amazed by the beauty and sernity of the Sun Valley area. Most mornings you will find us out biking, followed by some hiking, and probably off to the tennis courts later.
