Beautiful ocean view .. very peaceful, which is what I needed. There is a beach bar a short walk down the beach. The cottage was exactly as pictured. Comfortable beds and bedding. Katt & Matt are great hosts.

Katt was wonderful , she had their famous Bimini bread waiting for us when we arrived, thank you Katt , then when my husband told her how much he loved the bread she brought us another loaf upon on our leaving.The place was awesome and the view was just wow

Katt and Matt were so welcoming and kind from the moment we met them! The weather was rough when we got on the island and they knew exactly how to accommodate our small family. Each day the weather became clearer and we could enjoy all of the great recommendations Katt and Matt provided...food, excursions, beaches, etc. We can't wait to come back! Thanks for such a great memory!

Had a wonderful visit to Bimini thanks to Katt and Matt. They gave great recommendations for dinner. & activities. Great location and walk to beach across the street. Always stay here when in Bimini!

Everything was perfect in Bimini! If I could give our hosts a 100, I absolutely would. Kat and Matt were the best hosts that one could ever want. The hospitality, kindness beautiful views to the cleanest most beautiful home we could ask for was top notch! I highly recommend! Thank you Kat and Matt! We will definitely return!

Bimini Getaway

It was very comfortable and peaceful. Kat and Matt were very kind and helpful. It was the perfect stay to get away from the Michigan winter for a week.

Amazing Hosts and Location

Matt & Katt are the most amazing hosts. Their attention to everything you need to enjoy the island is so spot on. There is everything you need to enjoy the beach right across the street. The kids loved everything about the location and amenities. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we go back!

Relaxing or as busy as you want

You could hit the beach and just chill eveyday, also there is plenty to do if you want to stay busy. Katts Kottages is the perfect location with the perfect hosts!

The view is absolutely beautiful! The best beach on the island was just steps away. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, and want to experience the locals, this is the place! And the best host you could ask for!

Excellent clean cottage with ocean view

The place was clean, we didnt want to walk on the floors it was so clean. the 2nd level cottage we stayed in was great. Highly reccomend staying here if you are after more of a cultural atmosphere. Katt and Matt were very helpful and prompt anytime we had a question. They also have a golf cart and UTV that you can possibly rent. We Really enjoyed our stay here!

Wow! We were so fortunate to discover Katt's Kottages, Bimini and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Penthouse. The second floor accommodation is spotless and provides guests with a memorable experience. From Katt and Matt's initial warm welcome, to the comfort of the apartment, to the memories made with local residents, to the sad (but sweet) departure - we highly recommend Katt's Kottages to Bimini visitors. Oh, how we look forward to a future return!

Xmas family vacation

Katt & Matt made us feel apart of the family staying at their private beach house. From picking us up & dropping us off, to being so kind and giving us a homemade Xmas dinner. This is the place you need to stay going to Bimini. Steps away from a quiet beach. The place was clean and AC worked amazing. Skip going to the Hilton and book here!

Perfect Beachfront Condo

The condo was clean and updated. The location was AMAZING! The beach out front was perfect! Matt and Katt were so great about everything. The check-in process was simple, they helped with recommendations and tips around the island. We will definitely be back!

Katt's Komfy and Kozy Kottage

Stayed here for a few days of shark diving with Neal Watson's Bimini Scuba. Great location. Short walk to Bimini Big Game and just steps away from a nice little beach. Our hosts Matt and Kathryn picked us up when we arrived. Such lovely folks. Warm, friendly, and helpful. Loved the accommodation. Couldn't have had a better time.

Beachfront

The whole process was perfect with renting this property. When we got to the property was greeted with fresh bread that was amazing. The owner Katt even got up to call us a cab to get us to the seaplane on time. Lovely property and experience

Amazing stay!

This location was just the absolute perfect little getaway. We were right on radio Beach. We rented golf cart and rode around. The island went swimming every day and Krystal Clearwater. The host is such a sweet woman very helpful. We felt right at home. We think this is the perfect getaway for a couples and small families. We will definitely return

Beautiful property overlooking the beach

We stayed for 3 nights. Probably is well furnished and equipped. Location is on the quieter part of the island and across the road from a lovely beach with crystal clear water. Matt and Katt were lovely hosts. Appreciated the pick and drop off service from the sea plane. Would thoroughly recommend.

Located on the most beautiful beach of North Bimini, Katts Kottage offered beauty, relaxation, and an escape from the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives. Taking care to provide privacy, Katt and Matt made certain each day that we enjoyed their lovely cottage and the surrounding area to its' fullest.
