We had a couple of housekeeping and mechanical issues. However, once the proper parties were notified , they were resolved. The living room furniture needs updating. The furniture was very difficult for a handicapped large person to get up from. The shower needs a grab bar to hold on to both outside and inside the shower area as it is a tub/shower combo. Again, not handicap friendly. The balcony chairs were comfortable and just right for a good view. The bed was very comfortable. The noise was very minimal inside, considering it is on the end next to the nightclub. It was nice having the beach chairs. Great room for a younger couple with kids as each bunk had its own tv.

This room was very dirty… I’m not a picky person but expect a clean room especially paying all these extra fees including cleaning. Had to wear shoes indoors at all times or your socks or feet will be black! Disgusting! Cob webs in every corner… this unit needs a professional deep clean!

Our room was very clean. There was only a couple of issues with bedroom tv not working and fridge shelf. Other than that it was fine. It was an easy flight of stairs so no elevator waiting. And it was easy to access our car and the beach. We felt safe in the location. We have stayed at the Summit several times and enjoy the complex. It is the quieter end of Panama City and we enjoy that. This condo does come with chair rental which was nice.

Great Location

Great location, lots of security permitting off site guests, there was a blood stain on the mattress cover or the pull out couch but it came out in washer. Comes with 2 beach chairs which were nice. Dishwasher, dryer and toaster all did not work very well, but overall was a good stay.

I loved being on the 2nd floor.

OMG the bed was awesome. I had trouble with the dryer but it was me. I’m old school. I didn’t have to go to Walmart brought just enough for snacks. The bikini bobs was a great hit for lunch. Loved it came with 2 beach chairs so that was a plus. All in all great vacation.

PCB 6/22

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Its located in the 2nd floor, we didnt have to wait on the elevators, there was only 1 working. Be aware of the washer/dryer, it broke 4 of our swimsuits, snapped the straps in half. And there is only 1 frying pan. Overall we had a great stay and look forward to coming back.

Overall stay

Satisfied. I believe they let many people come in and park during the daytime hours. I seen a lot of vehicles without parking passes. They let people in with a wristband but not a parking pass. Overall we had a great stay. After the stay I believe i over paid for this unit. If I pay a cleaning fee I shouldn’t have to do anything when I leave note cleaning. fee.

Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall out trip was good. The condo was ok. We only had one fork to use, the coffee maker needs to be replaced. The top on it is crooked and you can’t straighten it. You have to pour it sideways. Hot coffee isn’t fun in your hands. Also the floors need a good cleaning. My husband swept up a dustpan full of sand from the rug by the bed.

Room 202

I loved being on the 2nd floor . The room was ok except for a hole in the wall where the bathroom door was , and the bottom of the bathroom door was bad and ripped and cracked . The tv wires are hanging out the wall and was not hooked up from day 1, but I fixed it good enough to watch it .On a good note , the kitchen was good and the water pressure was great . I also loved it came with 2 chairs on the beach. The fees for getting the room are to pricey tho and I found some owners who told me to book differently . I love the resort and it's so family oriented , I will be staying over and over , I love it .
