#4-The Lazy Fish

Studio Type Cabin with kitchenette right on the beach! Beautiful Lake Huron views with private grill and picnic table shared firepit and sandy bottom lakeshore. Sofa, refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, sink, coffee maker and toaster make staying in as much fun as going out. Unit is number 4 of 6 in a six unit resort. One bedroom, one bath studio kitchenette right on the beach, sunrise view from bed! This unit has one large bedroom with one bed in it. The couch is also in the same room that can pull out into a full size bed to accommodate two more to sleep but it is a tight squeeze. The kitchen is connected without a door as seen in the pictures. This unit is perfect for a couple or a small family and has everything you need for a weekend getaway or fun family vacation. Leave your cares at home and lull yourselves to sleep while listening to the crash of the Lake Huron waves from your bed in this charming rustic adorable room right on the beach! Not recommended for four adults, sleeps 3 comfortably.

Pets welcome but MUST be non-aggressive toward all people and other pets.

This resort is located just south of Oscoda. - Serradella Golf Course and Tawas Creek Golf and Country Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Huron-Manistee National Forest and Tawas Point State Park.

Everything about this cabin was incredible. VERY clean and comfortable. The hospitality was outstanding. So kind and so accommodating. Anything you could need they had in the cabin. Went over Easter weekend so a little chilly but they had extra wood we could use to keep the fire rolling! Will definitely be renting with them likely a few times a year. Perfect weekend get away. If I could give it 100 stars I would!

Love the view and friendly atmosphere. The hosts are nice. This was our second time staying there. We loved the taste tour of Tawas with shopping event. The cleaning lady was awesome and very helpful.

You cannot best the location of this rental! We really enjoyed ourselves out on the pristine sandy beach and in the crystal clear water! The unit is small which we knew going into it but the outdoor space is huge and we were really inside just for sleeping

Beautiful views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is small but has all the essentials for a quaint stay on the beach. The views are spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit. Falling asleep to the waves was therapeutic and those sunrises were amazing!

Great Relaxation

We were very much impressed with this resort. Very clean and was right on the beach! The owners Nancy and Tim were super nice, and made everything very easy. We will totally visit again in the future.

Perfect get away with the perfect sunrise view

Staying at the Lazy Fish was sure a treat! To be right on the water and to be able to watch the sunrise each morning was just beautiful. Centrally located to Tawas and Oscoda was another bonus perk. From just relaxing on the beach to exploring the area, my time at the Lazy Fish was exactly what I needed to rest and renew!

Lazy Days at the Lazy Fish

Not only are the owners nice but the guests are too! The Lazy Fish has the most stunning, pristine peaceful beach I've ever strolled on. The location is a true gem as are the folks, too. We enjoyed our stay so much we are going to come back again next summer. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful get away

This was a perfect little spot for my kids and I! It was so nice not having to pack up and go anywhere we had everything we needed right there. Hearing the sounds of the waves with the windows open was so relaxing, all the neighbors were wonderful as well! I will definitely be coming back!

Anniversary trip

We were so amazed at how close our door was to the beach. The views from our room were amazing. The weather could have been better(it was beautiful the day we left!) but we enjoyed every moment we had there. Will definitely go back.
