Located atop the architecturally stunning Savannah Building on its own private floor with private elevator access from the ground level, this one-of-a-kind 2400 sq ft luxury residence offers four distinctive balconies that surround visitors with the beauty and charm of this European inspired vacation area. New stainless steel electric grill on private terrace overlooking Barrett square. A perfect place to lounge on the comfy zero gravity chairs or sprawling patio set.

Enjoy an ocean-side breakfast with magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico from your balcony off the king master suite. Or sleep village-side with a balcony that overlooks the quaint but vibrant town of Rosemary Beach. Additionally there is a large, private terrace for family gatherings to relax after a day at the beach, the pool, the golf course or at any of the bountiful nearby activities.

From the moment of arrival and passage through the grand, rotunda style entry way, visitors know they have chosen a unique residence. Attractive and stylish furnishings in every room , and a state of the art kitchen with all Viking appliances, combine comfort with casual elegance to create an environment that suggests total relaxation and recreation.

The open floor plan includes a king bedded master suite, two queen suites, and a bunk bedroom. Every bedroom features its own private bathroom, with an additional half bath. The dining/entertaining and the spacious family room is especially comfortable for gathering to celebrate life and friendship. With less than a minute stroll to the beach and a convenient walk to everything in town, this penthouse home easily accommodates a variety of vacation interests.

A private garage, and additional off street space are an added bonus. Please note the fireplace is strictly ornamental.

There are 4 different pools to choose from to. Coquina Pool, Barbados Pool, Sky Pool, and the Cabana Pool.

Great stay at Rosemary Beach

We enjoyed a wonderful stay for our family of five during the holiday break. The condo is is well equipped, very spacious, and had plenty of room for our family. It is in a perfect location if you are looking to be in the heart of Rosemary Beach. There are beautiful views to enjoy from all the balconies. The rental agency was easy to work with, and aspects of our stay went smoothly. One downside of this unit is that it does not come with bikes. Overall, a great stay on 30A!

Our stay at Rosemary Beach and our stay at our Vrbo was simply amazing. The Vrbo was perfect for our needs and accommodated six adults remarkably well. It was situated so close to the beach and yet there were plenty of restaurants and shopping right in the same vicinity. The beach was magazine perfect. We could not have expected better if I had any suggestions for the owner of the VRBO? It would be to offer more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and two stock up the utensils a little bit better as we did not have enough teaspoons. I know those are minor things, but we had to make a trip to the grocery store just to buy an extra roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Absolutely adored this place! Cute, spacious, and right in the heart of Rosemary. Loved that we had both pool and beach access. Very clean and the property manager was an easy text away (with timely responses) for any questions we had! Would definetly come back!

We had a truly wonderful stay at property, It was exactly as described— clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Management company was great. We had to change our dates after the cancellation deadline and they worked with us, and they were very quick to respond. We appreciated that.

Location was amazing

We really enjoyed our time here! You can’t beat the location, and we really appreciated the flexible dates. It provided plenty of space for our family. Our only recommendation is that some things could be updated- especially the dishwasher and some bathrooms. Overall though it was great and we would stay there again! Location is everything to us!

Awesome Top Floor Condo in Rosemary

Large condo with plenty of room for friends and family. Great kitchen/dining room and living room were perfect for hanging out and socializing, as was the patio with views in nearly every direction. Close to everything in Rosemary and very enjoyable place to stay for the week!

Girl get away

Communication when we got there was bad I could not get a hold of anyone that knew what was going on. They would text back. I’ll get back to you. All we wanted to do was leave. Our bags were 60 and 70-year-olds and we had to drag our bags From 11 AM until we could check in at 4 PM. They would not let us leave our bags anywhere that was annoying.

Loved the location

Plenty of space for our family. Loved that every room has a bathroom. The location was perfect and it was great having a garage to use.

A great vacation stay

This penthouse was stunning and in a perfect location. We stayed here on vacation with two young kids and grandparents, so having the whole floor was perfect. The multiple balconies were great spaces for us to hangout, catch up and watch the storms. Having shops, convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee right below and access passes to nearby pools and beaches was very nice and made the first trip with kids way less stressful.

Perfect Location!

Walked in, and it was immaculate. Cleaning crew was spotless and everything was in perfect order. Saw the amazing views from the balcony's and outdoor patio was a huge hit with dinner with the kids, and drinks in the evening. Rooms slept our family of 7 comfortably, with plenty of space to relax while the kids played in the other rooms. When we had questions they were answered within minutes! Could not be more impressed with this house, and the management company. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you, we will be back for sure!
