The kitchen is also stocked with everything you'll need for cooking up your culinary adventures and entertaining. All the latest gadgets, such as a sous vide and air fryer! Grocery and beverage locations are conveniently located for all your fun in the sun supplies.

The sumptuous pool cabanas, jacuzzi and service bar will make you feel like a star. The fitness room and equipment are top of the line. Plus, you get a view while working out. Pier Park is next door with all the best dining, shopping and entertainment. Panama City Beach is rated one of the top beaches in the US with calm, clear water and sugar white sand and the pier is just a tiny walk away. There is so much to offer families and friends that visit. This is a mecca for entertaining kids and adults alike. It is known as "America's Riviera" after all.

Amazing! Listing doesn’t do this place justice it’s so much nicer and well stocked than posting. We loved the Huge balcony and the comfy seats. If not at Ocean could find us there! The tiki bar by pool was affordable and yummy. The beach store by pool had supplies at great prices. This condo was so well stocked we wanted for nothing. Easy to cook!Host fast to respond- We extended!!

We always love staying at the Calypso. The location is convenient to shops, food and the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo was neat, clean and comfortable.

Beautiful condo, excellent location

We had a fabulous time! The condo was better than advertised! Everything you might beed was available. There was a little confusion at check in regarding where to get wrist bands, however Mike and Karen did everything they could to rectify this and over all we had a wonderful experience.

Family vacation in paradise

Located right next pier park (great stroller area for the infant) and the beach, this place was perfect. Great view, provided all these beach toy options for us, and even made sure we had extra toiletries for the long stay!! Pool was so nice, very little kid friendly but had like parties in the evening for older kids / adults. Honestly would have been great just for my wife and I. Super flexible option, great romantic trip but for us was the perfect little kid beach trip. Yes!!

Perfect location for IRONMAN visitors!

Beautiful condo with stunning views! This is THE place to stay for IRONMAN Florida. Convenience is unmatched, and this unit is extremely well-appointed, comfortable, and roomy. Highly recommended!

WONDERFUL Condo!

What a great property with all of the extras!!! Everything you need for a relaxing stay is already in the unit! A VERY well stocked kitchen with every gadget you could need, beach chairs, toys and towels, and a super convenient waggon for taking things to the beach just to list a few! My family and I loved the location, with a great view of the ocean and a 2 minute walk to Pier Park shopping. We hardly drove the car at all after arriving. The whole property is very nice and clean, and we loved having the bigger of the 3 pools right downstairs. There's also a great restaurant in the building with everything from breakfast to order-ahead casseroles to cook in the unit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

We absolutely LOVED this condo! This was our first time staying in Tower 3, and we really liked the amenities in this tower. The pool for tower 3 is great, as well as the gym and the close proximity to food/drinks! Now, let's talk about the condo! This is the best condo we have ever stayed in when visiting PCB. This condo has everything you could possibly want or need. It was very clean and comfortable. This condo was well appointed, and had every extra amenity that you could want. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen had every single item you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of extra bedding and pillows. I liked all of the added touches of soap at the sinks and body wash in the showers (because I forgot my body wash). This condo had everything you could possibly need for the beach.....towels, wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, a canopy, etc. You name it, they had it. I appreciated having a vacuum available as well as other cleaning supplies. I hate having little bits of sand on my feet, so we vacuumed every day that we were there. It was also nice to have laundry detergent available. I brought several detergent pods, but ended up running out. The balcony was very large and had plenty of furniture available for everyone to sit outside. We are a family of 4, but we are used to having a lot of space! This condo was everything we could have asked for and more! Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place!

Your kitchen was so extra! Loved your air fryer/grill. We bought one afterwards. Thank you for the fully loaded kitchen and soap and mini fridge and vacuum and wagon. My sister loved the fleece blankets. She gives you 8 out of 5 stars. I thought this was on the beach but it was across the street. But you do have an amazing few of the beach and sunset. And there is a pool and hot tub and a food/beverage place and gift shop I. The building so it not second rate compare to the condos across the street. And there is a walk way you can go thru instead of walking across the street to get to the beach. We went during pirates’ festival and it was so convenient to walk to Pier park to watch the parade and the best spot to see the fireworks on the pier. I’m curious with the obsession of the black sheeps are. 😁 thank you for everything.

Enjoyed the Seabreeze

My family of four has been traveling to PCB for years. Last time down we toured the Calypso III. After COVID we decided to come back and brought my sister and her family as well as my 85 year old father. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The unit was located on the 21st floor and we had GREAT views of the Gulf, Pier Park and the surrounding area. The unit was very well stocked with everything we needed to make the stay comfortable for everyone. We could have used a little more storage in the front bedroom but we made do by storing some items in the laundry room. Having the washer and dryer available made it so easy to throw in towels when needed. Karen was available and helpful when we needed assistance. Katie was also helpful in recommending restaurants that offered vegan options. The Ship Faced Bar and Grille in the pool area was excellent! David created a special drink for my brother-in-law which he called "The Cleveland". The staff in the Cafe and gift shop were very nice and friendly. Access to and from the beach was easy. We used the street access as we felt it was more convenient. Having 6 elevators was very convenient. We will definately return in the future!

Great getaway

We couldn’t of asked for a better condo or hostess!! Karen was great !! The condo was spacious, clean and neat everything we wanted to be near!! Beautiful view and LOVED the balcony !!

July in Panama City Beach

The property was just as described and was perfect for our family. In some places being on the 21st floor might be a problem with elevators. Not here, there was hardly ever a wait for an elevator. Pool was great, easy access to the beach, and the fod and the Emerald Hub on the lower level was fantastic.

When we were kids, our family went to the lake almost every weekend. Our dad would drive down on a Thursday night to reserve the perfect campsite. With a little planning, several families that we hung out with would do the same. We all had campsites next to each other and it was filled with wonderful times at the lake. Warm and fond memories were made there.
As adults, we would talk about how much we enjoyed the lake and all seemed to agree we would like to have a house on the lake someday. My sister Karen and I went in on one together and to subsidize the cost, a rental lake house was in the works. We wanted a place for “family vacations” and for others to make memories, just like we had.
We bought our first house in 2007, remodeled it and decorated it to be warm and inviting. As it turns out, the house rented so well we never really got to use it during the summer. So we bought a second one and so the story goes. Many great options are available today.
Our goal is to give guests a great vacation experience and create recollections you’ll talk about in the years to come. By providing lake homes, lodges and beach properties that are designed for comfort, large families and friends are encouraged to hang out together and create memories.
As the company continues to grow, we noted the many returning guests. We thought it would be nice to offer additional places to vacation. Karen lived in Florida and with the beautiful beaches of the Panhandle, we felt that was the perfect destination for beach going guests.
We also design and decorate our homes with an atmosphere in mind that enables families to enjoy themselves. We offer exceptional attention to visitors needs. Karen makes herself available to answer questions and requests at almost all times of the day. I don’t know many owners who do that! You’ll love your stay.
