Nyd svømning, snorkling eller hvalsafari på en af Mauis fineste strande.

Vores privatejede, sjette etage ejerlejlighed (VRBO 21787) har storslået udsigt over havet. Det har en High End Remodel og er virkelig et 'Home Away From Home' og en fantastisk Maui-udlejning.

Kihei Akahi Resort Condominium ligger i den sydlige del af Kihei lige ved kanten af Wailea Resort Area. Grundene er omhyggeligt vedligeholdt med blomstrende blomster overalt, og den private Lanai er perfekt til spisning eller se på solnedgange. Nogle af Mauis bedste badestrande er i dette område. Billeder af Kamaole Beach Park 2 er vist på vores hjemmeside.
Det er en blød sandstrand, der gradvist skråner ud og er fantastisk til både svømning og snorkling.

Resortet har også to puljer og en gratis tennisbane på stedet. Omkring bassinerne er grill og køleskab til en bekvem snack eller drikke, mens du soler. Golf i nærheden, og mange butikker og restauranter ligger i gåafstand. South Maui er et roligt og fredeligt område, alligevel er de 5-stjernede hoteller i Wailkea kun få minutter væk.

VI EJER PRIVAT: to condos med et soveværelse i C-bygningen. De er enheder C-518 og C-604. I D-bygningen ejer vi D-504, som er en lejlighed med et soveværelse, og D-602, som er en to værelses ejerlejlighed.

This is our second stay in this unit and it does not disappoint. We love having our coffee and breakfast on the lanai while taking in the ocean view. The condo has plenty of beach gear for your stay. The bedroom and living room are comfortable and the kitchen is perfect for cooking your own meals. The location is unbeatable. The condo is directly across the street from Kam 2 and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping. We really enjoy the complex as a whole and this unit in particular.

Great place in a great location

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Highlights are location, air conditioning, and the availability of beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cooler). We would definitely stay here again.

This last summer/fall has been unusually hot on Maui and our guests were very happy that there was air conditioning in the bedroom as well as the living room. Great view. Air con was nice, seems hotter on 6th floor. Could update the bed pillows- not comfortable at all. But no other complaints. Loved having the ice maker in freezer. Good kitchen amenities- blender, coffee maker etc.

The Location of this property is close to beach with good snorkeling and never to crowded 5min walk from door to beach.

Quiet, comfortable, and we’ll stock condo. As pictured, with a lovely view of volcano and beach A great location for walking to restaurants and shops. Very close to the beach too We did not use the pool area, but it looked nice from the outside

Beautiful condo with an ocean view

Beautiful 1 bedroom condo on 6th floor. Clean, very comfy king bed, lanai with ocean view, and most of what you need for a fantastic vacation! The host was wonderful and very accommodating. Highly recommend! Kihei has many close beautiful beaches to enjoy within walking distance too!

Beautifully remodeled 1 bedroom condo. Great ocean views from our balcony. The beach is right across the street. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. I’d definitely recommend going there. I’m planning a future return trip to Kihei.

Amazing location & views

Close enough to hear the waves, but none of the Kihei evening hubbub. View was incredible from the 6th floor. Condo size was perfect for 2 & very well maintained (maybe need new toaster b/c it was touchy). Kitchen had everything we needed and enjoyed the large king size bed. Mahalo!

Fantastic Condo

Joan’s condo was perfect in every aspect. Location was perfect, walkable to many good restaurants, shops, and beaches. The condo was very well equipped with all needed kitchen items, beach items and linens. Even a drying rack for wet bathing suits and towels on the lanai. Would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Maui and hope to return ourselves in the future..

Wonderful stay at kehei akahi C604

Had a wonderful stay in this very clean maintained condo. Nicely decorated and upgrades tastefully updated. The only things I would have liked was not using a key to enter condo and having shopping carts (like my previous rental) to bring groceries up to condo. Thank you Joan.

Celebrated my 75th birthday hiking around the crater of the Haleakala Volcano!

The 8-day "stopover" visit in Maui on our way from British Columbia to Australia was magical. Superb location with three lovely beaches within walking distance. Our apartment was equipped with all we needed, and the king size bed was very comfortable. Ocean view from the lanai. Highly recommended. Eva and Phillip, now in Australia

Nicely updated unit. The air conditioning was great! Good mountain and ocean views from lanai. Property is well maintained, with beautiful landscaping. Located within walking distance to several dining and shopping options. Having the beach across the street is awesome, as well as the 2 swimming pools on property.

I was very impressed with my stay. The current pictures of the property don't do it justice. It's modern and upgraded and very clean. I love the view, and I was happy it's on the top floor. There's a great view of the ocean, and it's right across the street from the beach. Plus there are tons of shops and restaurants and other beaches near by. When I come back to Kihei, I will definitely stay here again.

Owner thought of everything !!

Nicely appointed unit with easy access to pool, beach, restaurants. Housekeeping needs to deep clean including under furniture. Towels need to be replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Lovely condo and great location

This location was perfect. Kam 2 was the beach across the street which we loved. The property was wonderful and came with some great things we wouldn’t have thought to pack. Only thing we had a little trouble getting the place to cool down much. It does have ac just not super strong.

Maui Getaway

My wife and I stayed in Joan's lovely condo in early July for 10 nights. We found it very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The condo is very clean and well kept and, as it is on the sixth floor of a six floor building, we had a great view of the ocean and the mountains. The condo is very close to restaurants and beautiful beaches. It was great to be able to use the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler when we went to the beach! We would certainly recommend Joan's condo to others and will definitely consider renting it again the next time we come to Maui!!

5 Star Condo with ocean views in Kihei

Clean, quiet and convenient location 1 BR condo in Kihei. Close to restaurants, shopping and across the street from Kam 2 beach. Great ocean breezes and views from the 6th floor lanai. A bonus, this condo has AC to help cool it off on those hot days. I mostly used the ceiling fans and opened the door to the lanai for the ocean breeze. A reserved parking space near the elevators is another plus. Owner responsive to questions. Highly recommend this ocean view condo. I will stay here again when on Maui.

Wonderful condo; fantastic location

Unfortunately we were in Maui when the fires broke out. It was a bittersweet trip this year. My heart broke for the locals who were living through the nightmare and loss. Our condo was pleasant, clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed for our daily walks across the street to the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable - i usually don't sleep well when traveling, but had no trouble sleeping here. The grounds were kept clean and were well tended, and the pools and bbq grills were cleaned daily. This is a great condo in a great property. I recommend it and we'll definitely stay again.

Perfect for two people

We found everything to be better than expected and it met our needs perfectly. You have a very nice property. The location across from the main beach was ideal and the convenience to restaurants was great. You have all the basics covered. I wrote on the VRBO review that our only annoyance was the timer on the AC. I get it’s purpose and respect that, but we are from Alabama and keep our AC/Heat on 71 degrees year round, so using the breeze from open doors isn’t quite cool enoough for us, but resetting the timer every six hours was doable. Thank you for making it available.

Aloha, Very Happy you enjoyed your stay in C-604. It is one of the few condos at Kihei Akahi that has a split system air conditioner with a handler in the bedroom as well as the living room. I can appreciate your position on the air conditioner but with the cost of electricity on Maui it is not realistic to expect to run it 24 hrs a day 365 days a year. what everyone now knows:

'Maui Is The Best'



Within months of our Maui visit, we purchased a 'Piece Of Paradise', and have been returning several times a year ever since. We have a love of the islands and are 'True Hawaiians At Heart'.

Before purchasing our first property on Maui, we traveled all around the island and loved the South Kihei Area for the following reasons.

- Great soft white sand swimming beaches
- Lots of sunshine - Kihei is the driest spot on the Hawaiian islands with an average rainfall of 10 inches.
- Quiet and peaceful area, yet the 5 star hotels of Wailea are just minutes away.
- Great family orientation
- Close to shops, restaurants and all attractions

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

We love sitting on the lanai and wathching the sunsets.
We also enjoy taking long walks on the beach and visiting some of the local restaurants for lunch and dinner.
Kihei is a great locatation for golf and snorkeling activities.
