We welcome you to this place full of charm and tranquility, in the heart of the Loire Valley, in a village 5 minutes from Amboise. This house has been recently renovated, arranged on two floors, with private terrace and garden. You will appreciate this cozy nest for its comfort, brightness, new equipment, comfortable bed, and the ideal location to visit the castles of the Loire. Ideal for a stay as a couple or a business trip.

The accommodation
This pretty house of 40 m² is composed on the first floor of a living room with a living room and its wood stove, a kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook (ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, crockery, basic necessities, washing machine). Then the bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and separate toilet.
Upstairs is the double bedroom with quality bedding in 160x200, and furniture for your personal belongings.
The house is ideal for a couple's stay or a business trip. It can also accommodate two children, but not 4 adults.
A private garden and a south-west facing terrace are at your disposal, with outdoor furniture, Weber barbecue... You can enjoy the vegetable garden and the pleasure garden in the immediate vicinity, take a nap in the shade of a large cedar tree...
Breakfast is offered every morning upon reservation, from fresh products (€15/adult, €10/child).

Traveler access
The entire house is at your disposal, it is a furnished accommodation intended only for rental. Self-arrival possible.

Other remarks
The price includes household linen: sheets, towels, bath mat, dish towel. The bed made on your arrival, and the cleaning when you leave.
A small grocery store, hygiene and cleaning products are at your disposal to start your stay.
