This charming 54 m² flat in Toulouse can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms, shower room and separate toilet. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² west-facing living room with TV lounge and dining table. Access to the balcony overlooking the Canal de Brienne.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine, etc.
- Two bedrooms with double beds (140×190) and dressing room, one facing west with access to the balcony, the other facing east.
- A bathroom with shower and double washbasin
- Separate WC

Neighbourhood
The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment, overlooking the Canal de Brienne.
15 min walk from Toulouse city centre.
10 min walk from the faculties and the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE).
5 min walk from Toulouse Business School (TBS) and the Faculty of Law.

For sightseeing, you're just a stone's throw from Place du Capitole, Place Saint Pierre, Quai de la Daurade and the Saint Cyprien district. You can also take a boat trip on the Canal de Brienne or jog along the banks of the canal.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the building (pay parking).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Compans-Caffarelli metro station, 10 minutes' walk away
- Nearest train station: Matabiau
- Nearest airport: Blagnac (shuttle bus stop 10 minutes' walk away, approximately 20 minutes' journey from the airport)

The apartment was a good size for me and my friend and the location near the river was great. Check in was easy and the host was quick to get back to me whenever I reached out. The only issue was that the weather turned cold (nearly freezing in mid-May) and the heat wasn’t working and there were no extra blankets at the property. It made for a few cold nights.

Frida This was our second time in Toulouse and this apartment was on a street we stayed on before. Easy to walk to the centre but far enough away that it isn’t noisy. Balconies offer great views with shade. How’s was very responsive when we needed help and the apartment was very secure but easy to get in to. Great stay and would definitely book again.

Frida "We stayed at this place for a week. The place is within walking distance to city centre and public transport. Takes only 20 minutes to the airport by navette bus. The only thing to keep in mind as this is the apartment, you might hear the neighbours. Really enjoy the terrace, everything was spotless clean, comfortable beds, the kitchen has lots of amenities, bathroom has two sinks which is a nice touch. Overall, I would book the place again if I come back next time to Toulouse."

Frida The flat was comfortable and well equipped (although oven gloves would have been appreciated!) The balcony was very pleasant and the main bedroom was very spacious with lots of cupboard space. We were able to walk to the city centre but public transport was easily accessible too. The riverside location was lovely. There is a lot of traffic noise, but the flat is situated near the centre of the fourth biggest city in France so it’s not really surprising! I would definitely recommend the flat for visiting the city.

Frida "They helped us to check in earlier than the usual time, which was nice. House is well located with a nice view , clean and appliances were almost new. Unfortunately the flat is colder than the outside,we asked for 2 extra blankets when we checked in but the company couldn’t provide any ( although they are proud of having many flats and the payment which I did was enough to buy if they wanted to ) , we got cold after the 2nd night. Furthermore 2 bed/mattress is not suitable for people who are taller than 180cm. Your foot literally pops out and you can’t fully rest. Otherwise my overall experience is not bad…"

Frida "très bien 🙂 l appartement a été rénové récemment et est au gout du jour , l'emplacement est idéal pour sortir en ville et rapidement accès à la rocade .Très facile de se garer dans le quartier. 🙁 Les parties communes sont vraiment dégradées et en mauvais état , l'ascenseur est peu rassurant .A la 1ère arrivée, on peut avoir envie de repartir , heureusement que l'appartement tranche nettement avec l’extérieur"

L'hôte est rapidement joignable en cas de question et très arrangeant. Bien situé, proche du centre ville et de la ligne de bus. 🙁 Les portes sont un peu bruyantes, mais il suffit de ne pas les fermer la nuit pour ne pas réveiller les autres."
