My family (4 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful time in Ocean City. The house was comfortable and clean, and the location fantastic. We walked to the beach most days, and to the boardwalk several evenings. We particularly loved the porch, eating breakfast, playing games, reading, or just enjoying the breeze. Having 2 covered parking spaces was also much appreciated. The property description mentions outdoor furniture, but there was much more than we expected! A great array of beach equipment available—everything from hefty beach carts to sand toys. We wouldn't have had to pack our chairs. I would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing family vacation.

Very nice property in a great location. We would stay here again. We had some minor issues and Rey did a great job communicating and addressing them. We had a great stay and recommend this house.

We enjoyed our stay in Rey!s home. It was spacious, clean, and a convenient location. Rey was able to accommodate us last minute and was extremely helpful and responsive. We will be looking to stay again next year!

Great small family location

Enjoyed our stay. Extremely clean and ideal for small families. Appreciated the beach tag accommodations for the week. We reside several states away - so no linens & towels not ideal but we left items for future guests to use.

Lovely home

Very clean and organized. Perfect size for the family. Big plus was the car port and not having to look for parking. Great weather all week which made it an even better stay.

Great option

Great single-family home no neighbors, three bedrooms and nice downstairs area as well as Beach and parking for two cars. I would recommend to anyone looking for a family staying in Ocean City.

Check in was seemless. Kitchen had state of the art cookware and plenty of it.Location was perfect short walk to both ocean and bay. The carport was a great way to avoid on street parking. Loved sitting on the porch in morning with coffee and at night with a cocktail. Highly recommend this property!

The Best Vacation

Great family vacation

Property was exactly as listed and felt very comfortable and clean. Owner was very responsive and made us feel welcome. Close to the boardwalk and beach, but far enough away for quiet nights with the family. Easy walk to the beach and one end of the main boardwalk. Had a great time.

Good location, had everything we needed!

I was worried the house would be too small for my family of 4, but it was absolutely perfect with space to spare. Kitchen is nice and spacious, lots of beach supplies in the storage area, and it was nice having our own off street parking. Walk to beach and boards was doable with our 4 and 5 year old. Would hooky stay here again!

Great Location and Property

Rey was a great host. Check in was very smooth. The home feels much bigger than it even looked in the photos. Convenient offstreet/covered parking and outdoor shower. Short walking distance to both boardwalk stores and the beach. Would happily stay there again.

Perfect Corner Retreat

We were so lucky to find Rey's house in our last minute search for a rental in OC. It was in the perfect location for us as it is directly across the street from family. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and was a nice quick walk to the beach and Boardwalk. The 2 parking spaces were a plus, especially during the crazy 4th of July holiday. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the house was clean and cozy. We would definitely stay again.

Family Time

Beautiful clean home, had everything you need. Beach chairs umbrellas beach carts and toys all were in storage closet. We loved relaxing on the balcony. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay with Rey! It was the perfect location for 3 adults and 2 young children, and there were definitely more pros than cons.The beach was just a short 5-minute walk away, and we loved having plenty of beach supplies available in the storage area. The outdoor shower was amazing with 2 toddlers, and the kitchen was well equipped with nearly every appliance and utensil we could need.There were a few minor things that could have used some TLC. The biggest inconvenience was that the towel and toilet paper holders weren't securely mounted and would come off the wall with the slightest tug. Thankfully, my husband and his friend are pretty handy and were able to make some adjustments.There was also quite a bit of dirt/grime at child level, particularly on the walls along the stairs, including what appeared to be boogers. With two toddlers going up and down constantly, I found myself wanting them to wash their hands every time.Bringing our own towels and bed linens was a bit of a bummer, although there was something reassuring about knowing exactly what we were sleeping on! The door lock also took a little getting used to, but once we figured out the proper positioning, we had no further issues.Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again. We look forward to future visits to OCNJ!

Will be back!

The house was very spacious. Even though we had a small group (3 people), there is plenty of space for a large family without feeling like you are on top of each other. The central air was amazing and not too noisy. The corner property was perfect for private nights on the deck. Everything was clean and felt like new. The owners are very pleasant and super responsive. They left a few personal touches which made us feel very welcomed. Beach supplies are in perfect shape as well, which saved us lots of packing room in our car by leaving our chairs and cart at home. Perfect location - close enough to walk most places without being in the center of the hustle and bustle. Fully stocked kitchen and the washer/dryer were a huge plus! We will definitely be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was quick to respond to any questions and made everything easy from start to finish. The location of the house was perfect—within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Our teenage kids also loved being able to rent bikes nearby, which made getting around so convenient. Having a Wawa right down the street was an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

relaxing stay

The property was very clean and comfortable and the walk to the boardwalk wasn't bad at all. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything that you would need, with the exception of a can opener. We enjoyed the breeze sitting on the deck; however, the noise from the traffic was loud. Rey was very accommodating; the only thing that was very stressful was trying to avoid all of the modern technology to get info on getting into the house. It all worked out in the end, and our vacation was very enjoyable; I would highly reccomend staying at this rental.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great for our small family and my father-in-law. It took about 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach with the kids/Grandpa and our giant beach cart. West is very busy for those not wanting noises. My kids loved it since there was a lot of action! The house was cozy and inviting. The porch was great for the mornings or afternoon/evenings, Rey responded immediately when we had a minor problem. We would love to stay again!

Ocean City

This was our first time visiting Ocean City and we really enjoyed our trip. The house was well equipped and very clean. We had a minor issue with a smoke alarm and the owner responded immediately. It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The weather and the water were beautiful!

Single Home in Ocean City!

A single-home property is a rare find at this price! Check-in was simple and the home was nicely decorated and spotless. We’re a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and they loved having their own rooms - they also had fun with the “old” video family system! Rey was very responsive and there was a binder with tons of information about the area. The 2-car port parking was so convenient and we were able to store our beach chairs and bikes in the storage area. I spent the majority of my time on the covered, wrap-around deck. Even though it’s a few blocks from the beach, it was fine to walk or bike and you could still hear the ocean at night. Being a single home allowed for the most gorgeous breeze through the multiple windows on each floor (AC is included but we didn’t need it). The outdoor shower, fully-stocked kitchen and full-size washer & dryer were some of the amenities we really appreciated.

Wonderful weeK

This property is beautiful. When we arrived it was spotless. We had one or 2 very small bumps and the owners were extremely responsive and helpful. My favorite spot is the porch. So relaxing in the evening. I can't say enough about the location. 4 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, but now in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Close to shopping (especially Asbury Ave), restaurants, and around the corner from a CVS which came in very handy when one of my girls got swimmers ear. The house had everything you could possibly need for cooking and relaxing. We will be back next summer for sure. You won't be disappointed!!
