Sleeps 8 with a pull-out sofa in the living area. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and both a standard and a Keurig coffee maker.

In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar oceanfront amenities, which include a clubhouse with a billiard table, a fitness room, a zero-entry pool, a beach deck, a community fire pit, and beach access.

**Important:** To access the golf cart, complete the cart use agreement sent via email 10 days before arrival.

BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a beach deck, dune area, and seawall.

Access Points: There are three beach access points with the main access located near the pool and clubhouse, one access point in the mid-north area, and another at the south end of the Cottages.

Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time. The sand area landside of the seawall is accessible at all times for recreation.

Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.

Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access; therefore, we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.
