☀️ IMPORTANT DETAILS

Check-In: 4 PM standard check-in (3 PM for direct bookings)

Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles. Parking passes are $60 per vehicle and must be purchased from the HOA. A link will be forwarded to you prior to your stay.

Rental Agreement: Must be signed with photo ID uploaded within 72 hours of booking.

Security Deposit: $250 hold released 5 days after departure (pending no damages).


✅ SEASONAL MAINTENANCE NOTICE

The Oasis at Orange Beach performs routine maintenance from late fall through winter (typically September - February). During this time, some amenities may be temporarily closed for repairs or seasonal upkeep. We typically try to update the page as soon as we are notified by the HOA. The indoor pool is typically open for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year holidays. This is standard for Gulf Shores and Orange Beach resorts, and the host has no control over these schedules.
