The property is a 2 Story Duplex, each unit has their own entire floor. This listing is for Unit B located on the 2nd Floor of the Property. Enjoy over 2,000 sq feet of space, accommodating up to 6 guests. If you have a larger group, you can also rent the entire property as well.

We had a lovely stay at the Dobbs in the upstairs unit B. Communication with the host was very smooth. There were thoughtful amenities there even a small Christmas tree as we were there over the holidays. Easey walk to the beltline, dinner, coffee. Centrally located to get anywhere in Atlanta. Will definitely return!

Great location and house! Highly Recommended!

The host was really good at communicating prior to our arrival. The house itself was well set up for a group and we enjoyed it all. The features of the house were great, including AC, large bedrooms, great kitchen and bathroom. The location is perfect as it is close enough to walk to most places and a drive/uber/cab are cheap to anywhere you want to go. Would stay again if visiting Atlanta!

Comfy stay

Our family enjoyed our stay. Comfy beds, nice living area, clean kitchen (coffee and basket of snacks were appreciated) and fun games in backyard. Great location to visit MLK site, Jimmy Carter museum, and restaurants near beltline. Host was very responsive and offered suggestions for restaurants in the neighborhood.

Our adult family stayed at this property for several days and found it to be very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and quick. When we experienced a minor issue he was very quick to respond and help. The location is great for easy access to fantastic food, some in walking distance.

National Championship

We had a great stay at the Dobbs house. A historic house in a historic neighborhood, John Wesley Dobbs was a key civil rights figure in Atlanta pre WWII (and beyond) a couple blocks away is MLK birth home and Ebenezer Baptist Church. A nice marketplace, Krog St, with shopping and restaurants just a 10 minute walk. Stop by Thumbs Up for breakfast or brunch, you will not be disappointed. The house was as described, great outdoor spaces, house was well stocked, clean and fun layout with multiple levels for our unit

Perfect House

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this property. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better. The attention to detail was clear in every room, from the thoughtful decor to the well-stocked kitchen and super comfortable beds.The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to our points of interence, we never felt far from anything we needed. We especially loved the back yard.Communication with the host was seamless. Justin was responsive, friendly, and truly committed to making sure we had everything we needed. It felt like staying at a friend's home—warm, welcoming, and completely hassle-free.We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again and are already recommending it to friends and family. A truly 5-star experience from start to finish!

Great place

Overall great place to spend a weekend. Located fairly close to everything. Justin is amazing at communication. Only thing to highlight is that the place is a duplex, so the backyard is shared with the other unit. Great place though!

Perfect place for a small gathering

This house was amazing. We shared this property with a few friends for the weekend and it was great! Rooms were spacious, backyard was amazing, and really was the perfect touchdown space for the small group. The house is exactly like the pictures, if not better. The location is central to everything and parking on the street was not bad at all. Communication with great and responsive and would definitely there again.

Quiet Neighborhood/comfy beds/ close to trail and restaurants

The house is split into 3 units (2 units on the first floor, 1 unit on the second floor). We stayed in the second floor. It was comfy, clean and well equipped. The outdoor space is shared, shaded and equipped with seating areas and games. The pictures are pretty accurate. Check-in was quick, communication by the property manager was excellent. There is a trail right behind the property, I used it multiple times. I would stay here again

Great home and location! Very cool inside!

This home was beautiful! Justin has clearly done a wonderful job furnishing and decorating this home with a historic background. You can tell the home itself is old, but the way it is decorated and furnished makes it feel very modern. The outdoor patio is awesome and a great setup for a cookout or just hanging out. My family of 6 slept here very comfortably. Justin always responded within a half hour and usually quite quickly. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is there was a small issue with self check in (there are like 2-3 different codes for the home) but mainly because there was a significant cooling issue over the weekend with the AC. Albeit it was a very HOT weekend in Atlanta that likely contributed to this issue, the AC system was very clearly not functioning properly. It was 77 degrees at times in the mid afternoon and even the evening that I think Justin could have come over and tried to fix it himself or sent someone over to keep us comfortable. We did the best we could to keep it cool by closing doors/keeping fans on/opening vents/closing blinds but sometimes it wasn't enough and he really didn't provide a good solution. He did however allow us a late check-out in attempt to make up for the discomfort which was helpful. The AC issue was not his fault just saying it made the stay less comfortable at times. Overall, I would recommend this place as it is very cool, comfortable, great location, and has a lot of fun touches. Justin is very responsive. I would stay here again.

Atlanta Market Trip

This was a very nice property! Listed as a 4 bedroom, be aware that two of the rooms are open spaces and two are rooms with doors. The backyard space is great and we had no trouble getting downtown or to great places to eat!

3 Nights in May

Stayed in upstairs unit. Unique and pleasant layout with large gathering spaces. The home is within walking distance to restaurants. We rented the electric bikes and scooters parked near the property to explore the area. I would rent the unit again.

Nice Duplex!

This is a very comfortable and spacious Duplex that is walking distance from a number of great restaurants. There’s night life close and the neighborhood is very quiet. The backyard is phenomenal, I wish we had more downtime so we could’ve enjoyed it. The owner was very communicative and shared all pertinent info in a timely fashion. They left snacks and a few waters to get us going which was a very nice touch!

Historic Charm with Modern Amenities

Great place. Parking is not an issue and the back yard is made for parties. Plenty of space and the beds are really comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Took an Uber to the Falcons game and walked home. Less than 2 miles and an easy walk.
