Property was great. Easy beach access, lovely view. Would get hot during the day in the room but probably because of the sun shining in front windows. AC kept defaulting back to higher temp every time we left the unit, weird. Otherwise it was great setup and lots of space.

Overall excellent. Only major issue in the unit was that many of the electrical outlets need replacing because plugs fall out. As far as the building goes the trash room was not emptied on a regular basis and you could not get to the trash shoot.
