Welcome to our modern beach studio condo, ideally located in the gorgeous beach town of Mission Beach, San Diego, just steps away from the sand and boardwalk. This delightful vacation home offers a fun and relaxing retreat, perfect for those seeking beachside bliss. Enjoy the convenience of being close to wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, while also having the famous Belmont Park, with its thrilling rides and entertainment, just 1/4 mile south. Embrace the coastal ambiance, make memories on the sun-kissed shores of Mission Beach, and indulge in all the best restaurants and entertainment at one of San Diego's premier tourist destinations.

Inside the condo:
Welcome to our inviting studio condo with its own private entrance. Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen-size bed and a convenient futon bed, ensuring a restful stay for you and your guests. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delightful meals, and the full bathroom provides all the necessary amenities for your comfort. Step outside to the shared outdoor BBQ and patio area, where you can savor outdoor meals and make lasting memories in a charming setting. It's ESSENTIAL to note THERE IS NO AC. While AC is not needed most of the time, occasionally, it does get hot. For these times, we do have a small portable air-conditioning unit that can be used to help cool the air down.

Parking:
Please note that our property does not offer onsite parking. Guests are encouraged to park on Mission Blvd, but they should be mindful not to park in designated areas during street sweeping times. Additionally, we want to inform our guests that most public parking lots in Mission Beach do not permit overnight parking, and any vehicles parked illegally are subject to towing, with fines and towing fees being the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Parking can be particularly challenging during peak seasons such as summer, spring break, and holidays. While we do not provide onsite parking, street parking is available, and guests can utilize the parking at Belmont Park, though please be aware that overnight parking is not allowed in the Belmont Park parking lot. There is overnight parking located in the lot across from Belmont Park on the bayside. However, for added convenience, we do offer a parking spot just a block away from the unit, available for an additional charge. If you are interested in securing this parking spot, kindly let us know in advance, and we'll be happy to arrange it for you, but it is on a first come first serve basis so it could be occupied.

Stylish Sanctuary Steps from the beach

This home was perfect for our family of three! So many options for food, entertainment, and beach close by. The room was spacious and cool, with gorgeous design. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. Highly recommend!!

Great getaway for babymoon

My husband and I came for a quick getaway before our baby is born, and this was the perfect spot. Great location, right by the beach, and walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Everything was perfect. The location being a few steps away from the beach was just what we were looking for. Our host was amazing. Very easy to communicate with. We decided to stay another night because our trip was going so nice. Nichole was fabulous to let us rent another property of hers just a few steps away for one more night. The studio was very clean and had great space for our luggage and beach stuff.

Best spot on the beach

Even though this place has very little to offer in the way of a view when you go downstairs and hang on the patio, it’s worth it. It is also a great place to walk to everything, including the nightlife.

Had fun...but things need fixed

The location was great, room was nice, but need to get jets fixed on the tub, could use a new coffee maker, coffee maker worked good, but a piece kept popping off when you pulled the carafe out. Ceiling fan control needs batteries. Overall would stay there again, but would rather have unit 1 or 2.

Sister Trip

Overall a great place, the location is EVERYTHING! The first day was extremely hot, our room was 91 degrees when we got there… once we figured out that there is a portable AC, and figured out how to set it up/use it it cooled down nicely. Our only concern is the safety of the hallway and door locking…. The hallway is very dark with zero lighting at night. The door is difficult to unlock and lock behind you once inside. This wouldn’t have been a big deal if it wasn’t just two women traveling alone but never the less we didn’t feel safe coming in and out after dark. But like we said… it’s was a great trip, and the location of the condo was fantastic!

We wish we had stayed somewhere else! At first glance, this place looks really nice, then you slowly start discovering all the issues. First off, when arriving there, we found that there is no parking available. You need to park on the street at least a block away (if your lucky). Or, you can pay an extra 30/night for a parking spot-still a block away. Once we got into the unit, we found that there is nowhere to even unpack, all the cupboards and closets are already filled with the owners stuff. We lived out of our suitcases during our stay. Plenty of space for your bathroom stuff though, the medicine cabinet was empty. Most of the space seems like it has been updated and kept up. Then you see the ceiling fan, heat register, and tub. All are disgusting!The shower.. ugh. It has a rain shower head and a handheld shower head. If you are lucky enough to find the right combination of where to put the handles, you can use either one. And its very questionable if you will get any hot water or not. There was no way were we even going to use the tub. Far too disgusting.The light/lighting in this place is nuts. The lights are so bright you could light up the whole block! With the glass entry door, and the skylights, don't expect to get much sleep due to all the constant light coming in. We weren't able to sleep past 7am at all during our stay. We were really happy to leave this place once our trip ended. I'm hoping this review will trigger some repairs/cleaning for the owners!

Room was modern and clean. Although it’s not beach front, it’s about as close as you can get for the price. Only a very short walk. The tub/shower is a little difficult to get in and out of. But that is the only “con” that I could give this unit. I would stay there again.

The condo was very clean, well stocked with any needed household supplies, and right at the beach. If you are looking for somewhere to stay with your partner this is a great choice.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This is my second time at this location, but first time in this particular condo unit. We were extremely impressed with the communication from host Nichole Allen...the first day we had an issue with the hot water (that turned out to be a simple reset fix that we could have done ourselves). When we texted her, she called us back immediately and within fifteen minutes she had someone in the unit checking things out. This condo is a charming little studio right on the beach...the crowning glory is the access to the beach and sunset views. The location is perfect and within walking distance to many restaurants and activities. We loved our stay here and would definitely return again. Thank you for the wonderful home away from home and awesome communication!

Beach getaway

Nice location right on the beach/boardwalk within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We used the patio area and took advantage of the grill almost every night. This was very relaxing and perfect for myself and my husband for a four day getaway. Parking was tricky unless you want to pay extra for a parking spot, but overall I would highly recommend this property.

This condo is small, but in an amazing location. There is a slider window with beautiful ocean views! Feel the ocean breeze and listen to the waves crash as you fall asleep! It's a perfect vacation spot for those wanting to enjoy the beach and all that it has to offer!

We are in the heart of Mission Beach: the perfect vacation spot - next to Belmont Park, the boardwalk and more! Just a short drive from San Diego's most popular attractions!
Mission Beach is San Diego’s take on the classic California beach town, which offers miles of oceanfront boardwalk, local shops and eateries, and is the perfect spot for surfing, bike riding, beach volleyball, and other outdoor activities. There is truly something for everyone in this cozy beach community.
Mission beach is also home to Belmont Park, San Diego’s only beachfront amusement and entertainment center, which features an arcade, miniature golf, a roller coaster, and much more. Belmont Park is the quintessential Southern California beach experience. Take a stroll through the park and grab a Monster Waffle Cone then check out all the action on the Boardwalk. Sit down for a delicious bite to eat or one of 69 beers on tap at Draft South Mission after a fun-filled day of mini golf, rock climbing, and rides.
