Welcome to paradise. From the moment you walk in you will be captivated by the gorgeous view of Tarpon Bay. This lovely three bedroom home has been completely updated, sparing no expense. Features include a Brick paved driveway, professional landscaping and an open floor plan that leads to the big back yard and heated swimming pool. You can fish off the brand new dock or relax in the sun as you watch dolphins play and the boats pass by. This home has everything you need. The only thing you have to do is bring your toothbrush and suntan lotion. Isles of Capri is a tropical island that boasts an abundance of wildlife, four great restaurants and three marinas. Located one mile from Marco Island & only 20 minutes away from Downtown Naples with its sophisticated shopping & five star dining. Our area is famous for its white sand beaches, world class fishing & boating and fantastic golfing. Capri is the perfect place to sit back, relax and unwind.
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathroom, with heated pool and screen cover porch, 3 smart Tv's, laundry and spacious kitchen.
Overlooking the bay and the Famous Island Gypsy Restaurant. Driveway for 4 cars.

THE VIEW???? Bay and mangroves, manatees, dolphins, all types of fishing right off the dock! You'll never tire of watching the dolphins and manatees play as boats pass by your home. Located on Isles of Capri in Naples, minutes to the beaches of Keewaydin & Marco Island.

Our Location: Isles of Capri is an amazing laid-back island with 4 great restaurants nearby and convenient to all amenities of Naples and Marco Island. Marina nearby to rent a boat, kayaks, paddle boards or jet skis. Dive shop only 15 min away for dive gear and fishing rentals. Charter Captains nearby to spend a day on the water and bring home the "Catch of The Day!” (Our restaurants offer a service to cook your catch!)

Whether you want to cruise the open water or kick back and catch some fish, catch some excitement on a jet ski or unwind with a round of golf, or just relax and read a good book, this is the place that can handle it all!

This property was all its advertised and more. The home was incredibly clean, the pool and dock were amazing and we loved the quiet neighborhood. You’re minutes away from Marco island but you’d never know it when you are relaxing at the house. Excellent property for couples or a family.

Hands down the best vacation we have had in a long time! Such a clean home it was the first thing we noticed when we walked in! It is stocked with all necessities, absolutely GORGEOUS pool and so much fun to sit on the dock and watch boats and dolphins! It was so easy to communicate with the property manager, everyone was very friendly! We truly had the best time and so wish we were still there! Absolutely gorgeous home and wonderful stay, I can’t recommend this home enough! Truly everything was amazing from start to finish!

We had a great time! Lots of things to do even when the weather was not perfect. The house felt very accommodating and nice amenities. We loved seeing dolphins in the morning, swimming in the pool all day, and fishing off the dock at night. Only a 15 min drive to Marco for shopping, dining, and going to the beach. Host was very attentive. We would definitely return!

House was perfect. House and pool were clean when we arrived. We got in after 8pm and property manager was still available to answer the few questions we had. Kitchen has everything needed to make meals and the dock was the perfect place to relax. Would definitely recommend and stay again when in the area

Our family just returned from a spring break stay at this incredible home on the Isle of Capri, and we are already booked it again for next year! If you are looking for the perfect blend of relaxation and Florida charm, this is it.What We Loved:*The Location: Being right on the water provided the most peaceful backdrop for our vacation. The views are stunning, and the atmosphere on the island is so much more laid-back than the busier nearby hubs. The restaurants are very walkable and everyone was so friendly.*The Private Pool: This was the highlight for the kids (and the adults!). Having a pool directly overlooking the water was amazing. We spent most of our afternoons jumping between the sun loungers and the water.*Family-Friendly: The layout was perfect for our family, offering plenty of space to spread out while still feeling cozy and "homey." The kids loved looking for dolphins and manatees from the dock.The house was incredibly clean, well-appointed, and the check-in process was seamless. There is nothing quite like sipping coffee by the pool while watching the boats and dolphins go by. Don't hesitate—book this spot!

Great Property!

Property and location was great - clean and perfect for our family. Great communication and experience with the host. We spent a lot of time in the pool and on the deck and loved watching the dolphins! We were sad to leave and return to reality!

Actual rating 4.6. Completely/newly redone inside. Very clean & comfortable for smaller families, in a quiet home bay-front. Absolutely Devine to have screened porch that allows the sliding doors to remain open (with A/C off). Nice to be within walking distance of 3 local restaurants, with live entertainment at times. The crab cake at Island Gypsy is the BEST! The prop manager was highly responsive for the minor issues we had, though I forgot to advise their book of area info is a bit outdated. We recommended new pillows as a personal utility issue. There is no audio speaker system, by design, so bring your own Bluetooth speaker, though the neighbors expect quiet enjoyment, as they are very quiet themselves. There is construction on a new structure across the street but we were never disturbed by construction noise.

Check in was very easy and the property manager was phenomenal! Updated property with plenty of space for the family. We enjoyed the proximity of Naples and Marco, and loved fishing off the dock!
