"NEW LOWER RATES" Spacious 4 Bd, 3 Ba ,Billard and Poker tables, Hot Tub & More!

We're less than 2 miles from Alberta Creek Marina and less than 1/2 mile from the swimming and fishing beach. If you are interested in a guided fishing trip, I'll be happy to supply you with a list of guides that launch from Alberta Creek. During the summer they book up fast, but if you're not sure and you're going to stay a few days call them because they do have cancellations. It's just a short walk to the water and sandy beach area for swimming, fishing and hiking. Alberta Creek marina is within 2 miles with boat launch, courtesy dock, gas, a small convenience store and restaurant. This spacious beautifully decorated home has a large gameroom with pool table, poker table, skeeball, TV, and miscellaneous games and books for all ages. A wonderful hot tub on site with seating for 8. There are 4 adult size bikes and 3 children's bikes, but no helmets, yard games(corn hole, horse shoes,etc.)ping-pong table, basketball hoop, a large swingset and playhouse for the kiddos. We do have a 2 pack n plays, booster seat, highchair, books and games with a small area for the little ones. Four wonderfully paved outdoor areas with seating and 2 with grilling and dining. One fire pit for those smores and camp time ghost stories and plenty of parking for your vehicles, boats or motorized toys! There are 2 golf courses nearby, one within 10 minutes and the other 30 minutes. There is a new casino, West Bay and Resort, with dining just 10 minutes away and of course
Chowtaw Casino within 25-30 minutes. In Kingston, we have a small grocery store, hardware store, bait shop, pharmacy and a few restaurants . Durant and Madill both have a Walmart, shopping and restaurants which is only 20-25 minutes away. Come stay with us and have a fun packed and relaxing time on beautiful Lake Texoma! See you soon!!

Well maintained property in a nice neighborhood with multiple activities available at the property. This is a great property with multiple rooms, very large spaces for multiple families to spread out, and keep the kids entertained, garage parking, plus exterior awnings to keep up to five vehicles out of the weather

House was clean and in a very nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the space and appreciated the split bedrooms and gaming room/bunk room. I do wish the bike tires would have been good so the kids could ride. We tried to air up, but think tubes are bad. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.

Great family vacation

Let me start by saying if i could give 10 stars for communication, Pam deserves that. Extremely prompt on any questions asked. They were very thorough on all amenities. Its close to the swim beach and the house has everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

Family fun memories

Great affordable home for a family vacation!! Well worth the drive to stay on Oklahoma side of Lake Texoma……and get away from all the crowds and traffic on the Texas side of the lake.

This place was absolutely perfect. We had a family of 12 (8 kids ages 4-15) and there was something for all of them! Their favorites were the play house, hot tub, and game room! We all had a great time. The house was big enough for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen had everything you could ever need! The check in and out process was simple! Pam is a super great host!! If we ever return to that area I hope we can stay there again!!

The perfect getaway

This was our second time to stay at this property and it was just a great as the first! They house has things for all ages to enjoy and super clean! Awesome getaway!

We had a great time! Really enjoyed nights with skee-ball, pool, cornhole and games. Enjoyed smores on the fire while the little played in the kids play house! Lots of outdoor seating as well as inside to cool off and enjoy family time.

The location was perfect, the house was amazing! We had everything we needed for 8 of us (ages 8 months to 51yrs). The only thing that could have made it better was a longer stay! We will be back! Great needed relaxing family time!

Perfect Getaway

Loved how many aminities this property offered. Full kitchen, stocked bathrooms with towels, hair driers. Big beautiful beds. Everything felt clean. We had no plans other than to hang out and we were thrilled with the options. hot tub, ping pong, pool table, swing set, fire pit, basketball, ski ball were all super fun! We were a group of 7 including two under 10 years old and they had a blast too! A cute little beach about a 10min walk away or a 3min drive. Will absolutely be staying here any time we come to Texhoma!

Lake Texoma Family Vacation

This lovely home was comfortable, clean, well designed and roomy enough for our group of 12. The teenagers thoroughly enjoyed the game room, especially the pool table, playing their guitars and other music. The game room is far enough away from bedrooms and living areas that others weren't disturbed by their fun. The owners, Dan and Cindy have gone the extra mile to make sure their guests enjoy their stay. The manager Pam met us on arrival, showed us around and made sure our needs were more than met. When a mishap occurred with one of the teenagers car undercarriage, Pam's husband, Billy was quick to arrive with the needed screw driver. We enjoyed comfortable beds and accommodations, prepared many good meals in the well equipped kitchen and loved being able to seat everyone around the extended dining table. Our overall stay was great and we plan to return for our next vacation.

Wonderful Time

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It was so spacious everyone could have some privacy but when we wanted to meet as a large group there was plenty of space to do that as well. The game room was fantastic and kept the kids busy while we weren’t out on the lake. The kids also enjoyed playing on the swings in the large back yard with gorgeous shade trees. We enjoyed making s’mores over the fire pit one evening too! Pam was there to meet us upon our arrival and communicated beautifully throughout our entire trip. She was so friendly and pleasant to work with. When we ran low on supplies (only once), she was right there to provide more! The location of the property was close to the marina so we could launch our boat within minutes of leaving the property. I also loved having an extra refrigerator! We will be back next year to enjoy another family vacation. Thank you for another fantastic week at Texoma! Vicki Apple

Host - I'm a married retired accountant with 2 children and six grandchildren and I love the outdoors. I love gardening, boating, fishing, traveling, meeting new people and seeing new sites. After living in Texas for 60+ years, my husband, Bobby and I moved to Washita Point 4 years ago to enjoy retirement on Lake Texoma. Early last year my cousin and her husband bought this home for a rental and asked me to manage it for them. After some consideration, I agreed and it has been a wonderful experience!

Lots of water activities in a relaxing golf cart friendly community on beautiful Lake Texoma. There are several fishing guides that operate out of Alberta Creek Marina which is only 2 miles from the property. We have an 18 hole golf course less than 8-10 miles or another on is located about 30 miles. Or, if gambling is calling you, we have a small casino within 8 miles or Choctaw Casino within 25 minutes or Winstar casino within an hour. We are only 2 hours north from the DFW area or 2 hours south of Oklahoma City area. So if you like water activities, golfing, guided fishing tours and gambling we've got you covered in a relaxing, spacious home with lots of activities on site!
