The small village of Lascours is ideally located between Anduze, Uzès, and Nîmes. This contemporary villa features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a side-by-side refrigerator (3-function dispenser) providing cold water, crushed ice, and ice cubes to make your best cocktails; 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with direct access to the terrace and pool, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a laundry room, a closed garage (30 m²), and parking for several vehicles on the 1,000 m² enclosed property. In a quiet location on the outskirts of a picturesque village, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Ideally situated for outings on foot, by car, or by motorcycle. An SFR internet connection (Wi-Fi) is also available.

From the shaded, southwest-facing terrace, you have access to a secure 8x4 pool. The pool is surrounded by a “Provençal-style” deck, offering a beautiful, unobstructed view of Mont Aigoual and the Cévennes, as well as Mas Tuffany (180° view). On the north side of the house, there is a covered terrace (with an awning) offering a partial view of Mont Bouquet.

In the surrounding area, you can choose between the Gardon River with its magnificent gorges, the Camargue coast with Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, or the party scene in Le Grau-du-Roi or La Grande Motte.

Close to shops and attractions, you’ll enjoy a relaxing setting while having the opportunity to participate in numerous sports and cultural activities (hiking, bamboo grove, fishing, the Cévennes mini-train, etc.).
